Position Overview
The Kitchen & Bath Designer combines creativity, design expertise, and consultative selling to guide homeowners through every stage of the remodeling process, from concept to completion. This role requires both an eye for aesthetics and the confidence to close high-value sales. Designers in this division collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and installation teams to deliver functional, beautiful spaces that align with Callen’s reputation for excellence. Ideal candidates are business-minded designers who can strike a balance among creative inspiration, strong client relationships, and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients in the design center and in their homes to understand design goals, space needs, and budgets.
- Develop and present comprehensive design concepts, including drawings, renderings, material selections, and pricing.
- Manage each project through the sales cycle from lead to signed contract, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and the Production team to ensure seamless execution of design intent.
- Participate in home shows, design events, and showroom presentations to build brand awareness.
- Maintain updated knowledge of current trends, products, and vendors in the Kitchen & Bath industry.
- Utilize software such as 20/20 Design and/or Chief Architect to develop accurate layouts and presentations or equivalent products.
- Represent Callen’s brand and values in all client interactions, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Sales & Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in residential design and remodeling will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential design, remodeling, or new home design.
- Proven success working with mid- to high-end clients, delivering projects with design integrity, budget alignment, and high client satisfaction.
- Ability to combine creative design concepts with consultative sales strategies.

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent• 6+ months commercial driving
• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years

We are seeking a Field Calibration Technician to support our client in the Waukesha, WI area. We are seeking innovative problem solvers who can provide creative service solutions to our customers. Calibration Technicians perform routine and complex work related to the repair and calibration of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment.
Location: onsite in Waukesha, WI
Compensation: $28-35/hr
Employment type: 1 year contract
Schedule: M-F, day shift
Responsibilities Include:
- Achieves customer satisfaction through completion of calibration services within expected timeframes, as per customer agreements and targets per metrics/KPIs
- Accurately enters data into tracking database
- May occasionally perform final inspection of work completed by other technicians,
- Creates calibration data sheets accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision based upon instrument specifications and approved calibration procedures.
- Completes all documentation supporting customer requirements, reporting, ISO and other quality systems.
- Interacts with customer for items requiring scheduling in for calibration, repair or limited calibration.
- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedure to complete assigned tasks.
- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Perform moderate to high complexity calibrations; PD, GP & RF measurement areas
- Creates uncertainty budgets and datasheets
- Can perform basic repairs and Preventative maintenance
- Performs work at the customer location as well as in a service center
- Adheres to quality management system policies and procedures in performance of work
- FBS implementation - Daily Scheduling Improvements, Visual Management Improvements, Kaizen Charters, Kaizen Participation, Intermediate problem solving
- Plans, oversees, organizes, participates, and/or leads onsite events independently; escalates complex issues to supervisors and managers when appropriate
- Performs other laboratory support functions as required in an efficient and orderly manner.
Job Qualifications
- Required: 4-6 years of related experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognize the need to perform calibration by alternate, acceptable methods.
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications with an emphasis on Excel required.
- Ability to travel as needed for personal skill enhancement and training; as well as, to fully support the customer calibration requirements.
- Must meet requirements to drive a company vehicle (Valid driver's license and clean driving record).
- Capable of lifting (50 pounds) unassisted.

JOB SUMMARY
A Welder II is responsible for welding and joining various metal components and structures, ensuring they meet quality standards and engineering specifications. The job involves operating welding equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and contributing to the fabrication process to create high-quality, durable products. Welder II will work closely with Welder Is to ensure proper techniques and work order directions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Depending on the job requirements, perform welding tasks using various welding processes, such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding.
- Sets up and adjusts welding equipment, including selecting the appropriate welding tools, gas, and wire.
- Use cutting tools, grinders, and other equipment to prepare workpieces by cleaning, beveling, or cutting them to the required size and shape.
- Inspects welded joints and completed assemblies to verify that they meet quality and dimensional specifications.
- Follows safety procedures and wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work environment.
- Receives training for welding certificates that apply to the different alloys that need welding.
- Train Welder Is and give them directions on daily tasks and welding techniques.
- Completes more difficult welding projects and passes on the more straightforward projects to Welder Is.
- Responsible for ordering all welding supplies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of welding experience.
- Working knowledge of safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MIG, ARC, settling torch, plasma cutter)
- Must possess own toolbox and tools for the position.
- Ability to identify grades of steal and what filler rods are required to perform tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong teamwork skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Apprenticeship or vocational training.
- 10+ years of welding experience.
