Key Responsibilities

Process & Facilities Engineering

• Design and validate gas processing systems (treating, compression, dehydration, stabilization, metering)
• Develop and interpret PFDs, P&IDs, and core process calculations
• Perform equipment sizing and support facility evaluations and modifications

Project Development & Execution

• Support scope definition, early estimating, and constructability reviews
• Participate in detailed design and execution-phase project support
• Assist with budgeting for process equipment and facilities

Client & Technical Support

• Act as a technical liaison with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Participate in technical meetings and design walkthroughs
• Evaluate technical feasibility and soundness of proposed solutions

Codes & Tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or Instrumentation)

• Strong understanding of P&IDs and oil & gas processes

What's the role? We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Models team. In this role, you will manage a team of motivated ICs to build the next generation of Etsy's models platform, which in turn will enable your customer teams to improve the quality of search, ads, recommendations, and other ML applications for nearly 100M buyers and over 5M sellers. The Models team is responsible for the model catalog, APIs, and serving infrastructure that runs our online models at high scale (millions of inferences per second). It is a small team historically focused on operations, but transitioning to play a more direct role in the application layer. The F-22 Raptor Team is seeking a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer in Berkeley, MO or Richardson, TX to join the F-22 Raptor Mission Design and Analysis Team with a focus on developing cutting edge engineering solutions to continue to advance the world's premier air superiority fighter.

The core of this position is someone who has directly taken a chemical or process manufacturing technology from early stage development through pilot and into commercial production. Specifically someone who has scaled a process based manufacturing system, liquids, heat, pressure, continuous or batch processing, from benchtop or pilot scale to revenue generating commercial scale.

Must have

• Direct experience scaling a process-based manufacturing system from pilot or bench scale to commercial production, ideally with clear quantifiable outcomes.

Strong preference

• Experience doing this scale-up within a startup or resource-constrained environment.
• Background in chemical or process engineering rather than mechanical or discrete manufacturing.
• Experience building operational, quality, and production infrastructure during the early commercialization phase.
• Quantifiable impact metrics around scaling chemical processes. This can take a few different forms, " X size pilot to first $Y M/yr commercial production\" or "Increased production Z%" etc.

This is a senior, execution-focused leader, responsible for translating our technology into safe, reliable, on-spec, and cost-disciplined production at scale via our external partner network. What You'll Do

1. Strategic Technology Transfer and Scale-up

○ Lead the 'Bench-to-Plant' Interface: Manage the technical hand-off from internal development to external partners, ensuring processes are robust, documented, and ready for commercial-scale production.

○ Scale-Up Oversight: Steward production, quality, and throughput during the critical transition from pilot to commercial runs, troubleshooting as necessary

○ Process Integrity: Ensure high standards for quality and yield is maintained when processes leave our internal control and enter our partner network.

○ Manage all aspects of technology transfer from R&D to contract manufacturing partners, driving tonnage-scale, on-spec production.

○ Planning for Velocity: properly scope and strategically plan timelines to maintain a venture backed pace for scale-up

2. Contract Manufacturing Ownership and Commercial Strategy

○ Commercial Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), tolling fees, and other manufacturing contracts. You are responsible for structuring deals that align incentives and protect our interests.

○ Partner Management: Serve as the single point of accountability for CM relationships. Set, track, and enforce KPIs for quality, OTIF delivery, and yield.

○ COGs Ownership: Own the external production cost model and rigorously define cost drivers and partner with the finance team to forecast scenarios and define and refine unit economics.

3. EPC Leadership and Scale Up

○ Project Delivery Strategy: Select and manage the appropriate project delivery model (e.g. Design-Bid-Build vs EPCM) and lead the selection of EPC vendors

○ Front-End Definition: Provide rigorous oversight of FEL/FEED stages to lock in scope before capital commitment.

○ Owner's Representative: Act as primary "Owner's Rep" for all capital projects, holding external firms accountable for schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance, serving as decision maker of change orders.

○ Own the Build: Oversee the physical execution of facility upgrades or new builds, ensuring a seamless handover to operations.

○ Provide technical input into the strategy of where and how to manufacture product to support business growth

4. Quality, Safety, and Risk Management

○ EHS Compliance: Audit and enforce safety standards at CM and any external sites where we are operating.

○ Supply Chain Risk: Identify point of failure in our external network and develop contingency plans for capacity and logistics

○ Quality: Own and maintain Ravel's quality management framework, including oversight of SOPs, documentation, and continuous improvement across internal operations and external partner.

What You'll Bring

● B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience gained through progressive responsibility in manufacturing operations. A PhD or MBA is a strong plus.

● 10+ years' experience in chemical/process manufacturing, technology transfer, and/or contract manufacturing at pilot or commercial scale.

● Capital Projects Fluency: Demonstrated experience acting as the "Owner" on a capital project ($20M+). You understand the difference between FEL 1/2/3 and know how to control TIC.

● Commercial Acumen: Strong experience negotiating tolling agreements, joint development agreements, and construction contracts. You know how to structure a deal to protect IP and cash risk.

This position exists to assist the Design Flexibility Engineer and Design Support Section Director with analysis, research, technical writing, design investigation, project and program management, contract initiation and management, and education and outreach; as well as to provide assistance, information, training and leadership to MnDOT district offices and specialty offices and the statewide road design community. Duties include:

• Responding to inquiries regarding Performance-Based Practical Design (PBPD) process and principles
• Reviewing design memoranda and geometric layouts; aiding in concept and preliminary design development

Overview

We are seeking a Head of Engineering & Platforms to lead and scale the engineering organization that powers digital products and platforms across North America. This leadership role will define the engineering vision, build high-performing teams, and establish modern platform architecture to support scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.

Description

• Define and execute the engineering vision, technical strategy, and platform roadmap.
• Build and scale a product-led engineering organization (100+ engineers).
• Lead engineering teams across platform, full-stack, mobile, and data development.
• Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and observability.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data leaders to deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Drive platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead build vs. buy decisions, leveraging SaaS and custom solutions.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• 7+ years leading engineering teams or organizations.
• Experience building or scaling engineering organizations in product-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices, cloud platforms, and platform architecture.
• Experience working with product operating models and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA and work in a hybrid schedule.
• Bachelor's Degree.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and improving manufacturing systems for our advanced products. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for complex electronic and mechanical components, including plastics injection molding, CNC machining, and assembly line operations
• Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to design tooling, fixtures, and process layouts
• Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotics, CNC machines, and vision inspection systems to optimize automation
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues to identify defects or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with process engineering teams to refine manufacturing workflows aligned with ISO 9001 standards and lean manufacturing principles
• Create detailed schematics, technical drawings, and process documentation for manufacturing equipment and industrial systems

Skills

• Strong project scheduling skills to manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously
• Expertise in industrial engineering concepts including process engineering and factory layout design
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAM programming for manufacturing applications
• Hands-on experience with robotics programming, vision inspection systems, CNC programming, and industrial equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of plastics injection molding techniques and tooling design for high-precision components
• Ability to perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods
• Familiarity with schematics, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and industrial schematics for equipment troubleshooting
