The Opportunity

This posting is for multiple P&C Actuarial Analyst positions on the pricing, indications, and forecasting teams. These roles require experienced analysts to independently apply actuarial methods for accurate pricing and process improvement, mentor colleagues, provide strategic insights, and manage business risks in compliance with internal risk management policies.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. Experienced analyst responsible for independently applying actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects and serves as a technical subject matter expert on assigned tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Independently applies actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects (e.g.)

  • Builds tools to test and implement new methodologies that improve accuracy of actuarial analysis; utilizes model results to select new variables and refresh existing variables in a rating algorithm; analyzes results from multiple methodologies to propose reserve selections and documenting rationale).

  • Identifies and  improves existing processes utilizing actuarial, mathematical, or statistical techniques.

  • Proactively resolves technical issues and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related actuarial/business/analytical experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

  • 2 years of actuarial or analytical business experience.

  • 3 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams.

  • Experience with relevant actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques and approaches used to support fact-based decision-making.

  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in Python, R, SQL, SAS, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect technical insights to business problems.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $77,120 - $138,810.

Distribution Center Coordinator / Clerical Support Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Position Summary Under general direction, the Distribution Center Coordinator provides clerical and operational support to the Regional Distribution Center.

This role is responsible for maintaining operational logs, reports, audit processes, and SOX controls to support accurate picking and shipping activities.

The position also supports safety compliance, inbound logistics coordination, and customer service while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and OSHA requirements.

Key Responsibilities Operational & Administrative Support Provide clerical and operational support for the Regional Distribution Center.

Develop and maintain logs, reports, audit documentation, and operational metrics to prevent picking and shipping errors.

Monitor and report non-conformance issues related to SOPs, processes, packaging, vendor cross-references, or UPC discrepancies.

Support various operational projects and initiatives as assigned.

Inbound Logistics Coordination Track and document arrival, duration, and departure of inbound shipments.

Notify management of potential or imminent detention charges.

Investigate and resolve inbound documentation discrepancies.

Initiate and manage vendor or in-transit freight claims when necessary.

Safety & Compliance Coordinate and maintain safety training documentation, communications, and postings.

Ensure compliance with corporate safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Support SOX compliance processes and audit documentation.

Customer Service Provide timely customer service to internal teams and external partners.

Assist with issue resolution related to serial number deviations or damaged products.

Support product disposition decisions for damaged or non-conforming inventory.

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2 years of related experience in clerical, logistics, or distribution center support.

Strong understanding of customer service principles and customer satisfaction practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel Word PowerPoint Experience with general office systems such as FAX and EDI.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in the HVAC industry.

Experience using SAP, including running queries and reports.

Job Summary Job Description The Software Tester is responsible for working with the development team and business users to perform manual and/or automation testing based on business requirements.

The software tester might also create and maintain automated scripts using automated test tools in software development projects.

Responsibilities Author, executes, and maintains test cases, automation scripts, and other test artifacts such as test data and data validation.

Provides test estimations.

Peer review test cases.

Executes the test plan and manages all activities in the test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.

Ensure that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified, documented, and reviewed with the business (Product Owner) before the product goes live.

Performs testing in terms of functionality, automation, performance, load/stress, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other legacy and/or external systems.

Maintains metrics on testing, bug fixing, and user acceptance testing.

Validate data integrity and accuracy by testing database queries, database objects, stored procedures, and ETL workflows.

Accurately assess and document the impact of software defects.

Ensures that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.

Uses appropriate tools and applications of enterprise standards.

Maintains test artifacts in test case management tools like Jira – Zephyr (Plugin).

Works on multiple browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the timely resolution of issues.

Work with Agile/SCRUM teams.

Experience in testing web services using available tools (e.g., REST, SoapUI, and Postman) Education BS or BA degree or equivalent experience as a Software Tester.

Experience 2+ years of experience: designing and executing test cases and maintaining them in test case management tools like Jira-Zephyr, ALM, etc.

Experience building web and mobile automation frameworks Experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end automated tests using Playwright Experience with SQL Skills Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal team members as well as business stakeholders.

Must be able to speak the language of the business.

Must have a positive can-do attitude.

Strong problem-solving characteristics with the ability to think out of the box.

Must be able to work with others collaboratively.

Must be able to analyze user needs and make recommendations on functionality and testing strategies.

- $128,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
