What you'll do:

We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride and phenomenal care in every order we fill for our customers – and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:

• Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.

• Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.

• Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.

• Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.

What you'll need:

Shipping: You’ll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You’ll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.

As an Order Selector, you will drive a forklift in a safe and responsible manner while filling customer orders. You will also move moving products to and from specified locations and deliver them to the delivery platform prior to loading the products onto trucks.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to the Customer Service training matrix and cross-training.

• Participate in Best Practice and Training meetings as scheduled by Customer Service Management.
• Document customer complaints regarding products or services (QPA) and forward to the Quality Department.
• Develop familiarity with all products, including product lines and account-specific requirements.
