  • Evaluate the current ad tech stack, vendor ecosystem, and operational workflows, and develop recommendations for a scalable long-term architecture.

  • Strong understanding of digital video advertising, streaming/CTV advertising, and programmatic monetization.

DeZURIK is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to lead and protect the technology backbone that supports our multi-site manufacturing and office operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to ensure our networks, systems, and data are secure, resilient, and ready to support high-performance operations across the enterprise.

In this role, you'll oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN architecture, secure remote access, cloud connectivity, and high-availability networks that support manufacturing automation systems. You'll lead cybersecurity strategy and operations-developing policies, strengthening threat detection and incident response, administering NIST-aligned cybersecurity programs, and driving awareness and training across sites.

You'll also supervise a distributed IT team, partner with plant IT contacts, manage external service providers, and collaborate across the organization to support acquisitions, archived ERP systems, and the long-term digital roadmap. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external frameworks (such as NIST and CMMC) while reducing operational risk will be central to your success.

What You Bring:
