The Paid Digital Analyst will lead the execution, and optimization of Boot Barn’s paid social media and digital programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels and in stores.
This role combines strategic marketing expertise with strong analytical and operational skills, partnering closely with Marketing, Data Science, and Product teams to deploy advanced targeting, personalization, and creative optimization techniques. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels).
- Develop and own the paid social media strategy, aligning with overall brand and performance marketing objectives.
- Partner with Data Science and Product teams to develop integrated audience segmentation, creative generation, bidding optimization, and campaign automation.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including budgeting, pacing, flighting, targeting, ad trafficking, and troubleshooting.

- Monitor competitive activity, platform updates, and emerging trends to keep Boot Barn at the forefront of paid social innovation.
- Manage agency or partner relationships as needed, ensuring alignment on goals, data sharing, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

Within the RF & Microelectronics Center, the Airborne Antenna Design Department is a team of engineers responsible for electrical design and development of RF products within Raytheon. Join our Airborne Antenna Design Department as an RF Design Engineer II and be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology with the opportunity to make a significant impact. Design, develop, and sustain state-of-the-art Transmit/Receive (T/R) microwave products (modules, TRIMMs, planar arrays, etc).
Implement best practice standards with regard to the planning, coordination, and implementation of microwave design and test with sound engineering process discipline and leadership.
Interface with factory, program, and customer personnel to implement design improvements.
Support factory troubleshooting, analyze product defect trends, and implement process/product improvements in alignment with factory and program production needs.
This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in McKinney, TX.
Experience with data analysis using MATLAB.

RF/Microwave Design Verification Test (DVT) experience with network/spectrum analyzers and/or antenna measurement systems.

Provides operational support and troubleshooting to bank personnel and customers primarily in deposit application systems related to electronic payments, i.e., Retail Online Banking, and any ancillary services. Includes data entry and research as well as creative problem solving.
As a Retail Digital Banking Specialist, you will:
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting to internal customers in deposit system applications including maintaining accurate product, service, and account data on core processing systems.
- Process and provide operational support for daily electronic transactions and products including Retail Online Banking and any ancillary services.
- Provide necessary reporting to bank management.
- Review daily reports to identify and correct possible errors or omission issues.
- Identify and suggest process improvements for daily tasks and department functions.
