Head Cashiers are to greet and thank every customer who enters and leaves the store. Head Cashiers must be proficient in all aspects of the Cavender's Boot City cashiering system and knowledgeable of all paperwork associated with each cashiering entry. SUMMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Head Coach for Men's Lacrosse/Game Management Assistant leads all facets of the men's lacrosse program, including practice and competition management, student-athlete recruitment and retention, fiscal oversight, supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, academic and personal development of studentathlete recruitment and retention, fiscal oversight, supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, academic and personal development of studentathletes, scheduling, travel coordination, and alumni and family engagement. In addition to coaching duties, the incumbent supports the Athletics Facilities team by performing secondary responsibilities as a game management assistant, contributing to the setup, coordination, and administration of home athletic events to ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for teams, officials, and spectators.

Lacrosse Coaching & Program Management
- Performs all the duties associated with managing and serving as the Head Coach of men's lacrosse, including but not limited to managing practices and competitions, team recruitment and retention, budget management (e.g., equipment, recruiting, personnel), supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, mentoring student-athletes, competition schedule development, transportation and meals for away contests, alumni and family engagement

Role
We are seeking a Head of Ecommerce to own and evolve Posh Peanut’s digital flagship. This leader is responsible for the daily health of the site while shaping the roadmap that drives growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. The role blends strategy and hands-on execution across merchandising, optimization, analytics, and platform management, partnering closely with Planning, Buying, Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
Strategy, Operations & Merchandising
- Define the short and long-term ecommerce growth strategy aligned to company revenue, margin, and customer goals
- Manage day-to-day performance of the Shopify Plus storefront
- Oversee site merchandising including launches, promotions, and content updates
- Partner with Planning and Buying to align inventory visibility and sell-through
Optimization, Analytics & Discoverability
- Lead CRO strategy, A/B testing, personalization, and UX improvements
- Build and maintain reporting across revenue, conversion, AOV, and key site metrics
- Translate insights into clear recommendations and initiatives
- Own SEO foundations and drive AEO, GEO and agentic commerce
Technology & Leadership
- Define and manage the ecommerce tech roadmap and third-party development partner
- Build and manage a high-performing ecommerce team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Performance, Planning, Finance, and Operations to deliver unified digital experiences
Retention & Lifecycle
- Ideally oversee retention strategy including email, SMS, and loyalty programs
- Partner with CRM and performance teams on segmentation, automation, and personalization efforts
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce experience, ideally in apparel or lifestyle
- Deep hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus
- Proven success improving conversion, revenue, and customer lifetime value through testing and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
- Experience managing external developers and technology vendors
- Demonstrated team leadership and cross-functional influence
- Nice to have: Klaviyo, Attentive, Algolia
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

Overview
We are seeking a Head of Engineering & Platforms to lead and scale the engineering organization that powers digital products and platforms across North America. This leadership role will define the engineering vision, build high-performing teams, and establish modern platform architecture to support scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.
Description
- Define and execute the engineering vision, technical strategy, and platform roadmap.
- Build and scale a product-led engineering organization (100+ engineers).
- Lead engineering teams across platform, full-stack, mobile, and data development.
- Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and observability.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data leaders to deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Drive platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead build vs. buy decisions, leveraging SaaS and custom solutions.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of engineering experience, including leadership roles.
- 7+ years leading engineering teams or organizations.
- Experience building or scaling engineering organizations in product-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices, cloud platforms, and platform architecture.
- Experience working with product operating models and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA and work in a hybrid schedule.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
