DeLeers Construction is growing our Project Management Team in our Northwoods location based out of Eagle River, WI. Our business is expanding and we are looking for a Project Manager who has experience working on large scale residential or light commercial building projects (office space, religious buildings, etc). Overall Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and shop procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Fabricate and finish components using fiberglass (FRP), resin, foam, and composite
materials.
• Perform specialized tasks across multiple disciplines:
o Bodywork: Sanding, shaping, prepping, and finishing surfaces for paint or coatings.
o Sculpt/Mold/Cast: Sculpting foam or clay, fabricating molds, and casting fiberglass and
composite materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with leads and foremen to meet production schedules and quality standards.

To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, cast members must be in the position continuously for at least 90 days after hire and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at time of payment. A cast member is hired after the successful completion of Disney Traditions or one full day of employment. To be eligible for an incentive bonus after 150 days, cast members must remain employed in the position continuously for at least 150 days and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at the time of payment. Payments will be made approximately two weeks after the 90 and 150-day milestones, respectively. Bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and other legal withholding. Responsibilities :
Recreation
Recreation Cast Members rotate through various roles, including Lifeguard, Children's Activities, and Recreation Rentals. Some of your responsibilities will include supervising the safety of our Guests as they swim, providing emergency medical attention as a first responder, shallow water life guarding, facilitating Guest activities and programs (including arts & crafts, games, and campfire songs), selling programs, renting equipment, and providing Guest information. Appropriate certification is required for the lifeguard and first responder role, which is provided by the resort.
Food and Beverage
The environment is friendly but fast paced. On any given day you might take guest orders, operate the point-of-sale system (cash register), handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock items, keep inventory, and of course keep the front and back of the house up to Disney’s famous cleanliness standards. On top of that, you would be fully trained on knowledge of the resort so you can answer guests’ questions, share information, and provide the “Disney difference” that brings people to the Hilton Head Island Resort!
Custodial
Custodial Cast Members have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors, but always in the “common” areas – in other words, everywhere except the guest rooms. Your responsibilities include cleaning tables, emptying trashcans, sweep/mop floors, and more. Along with custodial responsibilities, Custodial Cast Members will be fully trained to answer questions about Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort and will be expected to be the “friendly face” that makes a guest’s stay with us so memorable. It takes a special kind of person to do this well, so along with mastering custodial skills, having a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude and the sincere desire to be helpful is a key part of the job.
Houseperson
For many of our guests, staying at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is a dream come true. Our Housepersons bring those dreams to life by creating special memories and a home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day. Spa Custodial Cast Members play an important role our home-away-from-home experience for each of our Guests every day. Their work can make all the difference for our Guests experience. A seasonal team member position with the responsibility of performing as an animated character in a variety of body/fur-suit costumes while meeting, greeting, and entertaining our park guests with enthusiasm and high energy.

Responsibilities:
- Performing in a BRAND NEW show dancing and entertaining our guests!
- Ensure a positive experience for every guest and maintain the illusion of costume characters in a professional manner.
- Perform at onsite as well as off-site promotional events representing Six Flags Over Georgia.
- Maintain character costumes including general cleaning and daily maintenance.
- Maintain a clean working environment both in guest view and behind the scenes.
- Attend all costumed appearances as seen necessary by department management/standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Payrate: $13.50/hr.
Qualifications:
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Height range: 4’11” – 5’8”
- Body type: Thin build
- Communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
- Be available to work flexible hours early mornings, at nights, on weekends, and on holidays.
IF CONSIDERED, you will be asked to audition in-person at a location in Atlanta, Ga. You will need to wear appropriate dance/athletic wear with sneakers. Jazz Shoes are permitted. You do not have to be an experienced dancer to audition.

- Eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech. Manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.
- Stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day; walk over 3 miles per day over various surfaces.
- Work in heat, direct sunlight, cold, humidity, and temperature change for up to 45-minute intervals, and be able to perform specific choreographed movements.
- Lift and wear 15 lbs. of costume weight.
