As the AMER Industry PDS for Games, you will own and manage the execution plan with partners for the Games segment, driving go-to-market and building deep capability and capacity through strategic industry partners. - Attend and successfully complete all training programs; participate in ongoing conference calls, webinars, and other professional development opportunities
- Complete provided rater training and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
- Conduct interviews following specific study protocols, FDA, GCP, ICH, and HIPAA Privacy guidelines
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience performing psychometric rating scales in a clinical setting or for clinical trials

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

While the PI is primarily responsible for the overall conduct of the clinical trial, the CRC manages, supports, facilitates and coordinates the daily clinical trial activities and plays a critical role in the conduct of the study.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting trial Investigator in screening and review of potential study participants eligibility
- Maintaining case report forms, charts and documentation
- Mentoring, training, and high-level oversight of other clinical research coordinators and research assistants
- Ensuring that all clinical activities are carried out in accordance with established research protocol and standards in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements
- Collecting and entering data as necessary
- Assist management with potential new hire selection and shadowing process
- Assist with study start-up, maintenance, and close-out of studies as needed for those on the team
- Ability to be flexible with study assignments
- Clinical Research Coordinator with 2+ years of experience
- Phlebotomy & EKG experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, read and understand complex protocols, follow very detailed directions, and multi-tasking
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of patients, employees, and company information at all times and adhere to HIPAA Guidelines
- Extensive clinical trial knowledge through education and/or experience
- Successful completion of GCP Certification and Advanced CRC preferred

The Patient Enrollment Coordinator position is an entry level position within the Patient Enrollment Department at Wake Research and enjoys significant opportunities for career development and growth. The Patient Enrollment Coordinator has primary responsibility and accountability for the timely enrollment of patients/study participants for all clinical research studies at their assigned site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain full ownership and accountability for initiating phone contact to potential study participants from all lead sources including internal marketing campaigns, outbound database call lists, EHR/provider practice databases, central campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
- Conduct phone-based pre-screening interviews for potential study participants to determine pre-qualification status and eligibility for onsite screening visits.
- Provide detailed study information and answer patient inquiries regarding eligibility criteria, study visits and procedures, time commitments, logistics, etc.
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service with every patient interaction.
- In the case of patient disqualification from initial study of interest, conduct live assessment of patient eligibility for other enrolling or upcoming research studies within appropriate therapeutic areas and conduct additional pre-screening interviews as necessary.
- Schedule onsite screening visits for eligible patients within established scheduling guidelines.
- Input and record patient information and call notes into CTMS database and other portals and systems in compliance with standardized patient enrollment processes and procedures.
- Track information and report data such as call outcomes, limiting factors, etc.; as directed.
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled and ad-hoc patient enrollment and M3 Wake Research staff meetings, as directed.
- Maintain compliance with all standardized patient enrollment processes and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, FDA, GCP, and IRB guidelines, local regulations, and M3 Wake Research SOPs and Work Instructions.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Professional medical certification, associates, or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of inbound/outbound call center, phone-based, and/or public-facing customer service experience required. Candidates with transferable skills and strong track records of success in other industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse or EMT is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual preferred - English/ Spanish.
- Prior clinical research, healthcare, or medical terminology experience preferred, but not required.

- Demonstrated capacity to learn and comprehend new complex information and communicate new knowledge to the public in easy-to-understand terms.

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, articulate, and adaptable Programs Manager (AI Curriculum for HigherEd)to support the global expansion and US localization of our AI education programs.
This role involves delivery, curriculum creation, and program development, ideal for someone confident in discussing AI with non-technical audiences, passionate about learning, and eager to influence AI upskilling’s future. You’ll lead technical Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions with professors from community colleges and universities both virtually and in-person helping them develop/integrate technical AI concepts as part of their certifications/degrees.
This role blends delivery, curriculum design, and program development, ideal for a flexible, self-motivated individual with a growth mindset who thrives in ambiguous environments, constantly finding solutions to new problems.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Programs Training & Facilitation (TTT Model)
- Lead virtual and in-person technical Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops across US, supporting partners in vocational education and workforce institutions worldwide.
- Ensure participants understand the content and are equipped to customize it for local contexts and learner needs.
- Develop and implement standardized training regimens and SOPs tailored for cross-cultural, regional, and state-wide implementation partners.
- Translate core AI, ML, DL, and Python concepts into engaging, beginner-friendly lessons sensitive to language diversity and digital fluency levels - but also able to deliver technical concepts like Maths for AI, Data science, and Agentic AI topics in depth.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions utilizing a standardized curriculum.
2. US Programme & Business Development (SMEs, Colleges, Universities, K12, communities)
- Manage the continuity and expansion of SLL's US programs, particularly within its extensive network of 140+ community colleges and universities spanning 40+ states.
- Work with the team to position SL2 as a leading partner in AI and emerging tech education for the US community college and vocational sector.
- Scale educational programs with school districts, community colleges, and universities, focusing on out-of-school programs and boot camps.
- Scale AI Community Engagements with clubs, societies, and foundations.
- Identify and articulate compelling use-case stories for workforce development partnerships.
- Support engagements with colleges, government agencies, and employers to co-develop bespoke AI education pathways.
3. Content Development and Productization
- Collaborate with internal teams to evolve and update existing programs and co-create new offerings.
- Lead the creation of slide decks, training decks, and other content as a core part of the role.
- Contribute to productizing key experiential learning offerings such as hands-on coding challenges and platform-based simulated work experiences.
- Help localize material for US-based institutions, aligning with skills frameworks and employer demand.
- Co-deliver experiential coding/skilling events, ensuring the core product is designed for global scalability and is adaptable to various educational levels, including tailoring project focus for different competitions for community college and university students.
What We're Looking For
- HigherEd/SME Training Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Higher Ed, training, or facilitation working with HigherEd/SMEs, including at least 2 years focused on technical or digital skills. Experience working across cultures and time zones is highly valued.
- Tech & Learning Aptitude: Intermediate to high knowledge of Python and AI/ML/DL/Agentic AI/Maths for AI/Data concepts. Strong personal interest in the evolving AI landscape and comfort with explaining complex topics to beginners. Experience or enthusiasm for Vibe Coding, digital hackathons, or collaborative prototyping is a plus.
- Communication & Facilitation: Fluent, clear-spoken English and strong public speaking skills. Able to adjust tone, pace, and clarity based on audience (e.g., teachers vs. college professors vs. workforce leaders). A strong presence on MS Teams/Zoom or in person - whether running a classroom session, hackathon, or partner presentation.
- Mindset & Tools: Adaptable, self-motivated, and collaborative. Skilled in using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and Teams, and eager to learn new platforms and facilitation techniques.
