Sales Position

The sales position is focused on obtaining new club memberships. This is accomplished primarily through calling leads generated through marketing activities, cold calling prospects, club tours, and contests. Sales reps are expected to meet challenging monthly quotas and must be productive within 30 days of starting. Great sales reps must be able to quickly identify potential member's needs and use solution-selling techniques to close the sale. They must be able to present the customer a solution to their specific needs using the products and services offered by the club. Responsibilities:

The following are the specific performance objectives for the position. In assessing competency and fit, all candidates will be benchmarked against these standards.

  • Achieve Quota: Consistently meet or exceed a quota of 50 new club memberships per month within 60-days. While this goal will vary month to month, on average a good sales rep will generate 50+new memberships each month. Monthly quotas should be adjusted seasonally January, February and March might be 50-60 sales while other months may be 35-30. (Competencies: competitiveness, work-ethic, motivation)
  • Call all Leads Within Two Days and Convert 30% into Appointments: Reps must call back each assigned lead within 48 hours, quickly engage the potential customer by understanding their reasons for wanting to join a club, and use a variety of persuasive and selling techniques to convert 30% of these calls into a scheduled tour of the facilities.   • Effectively Plan Each Sales Day: Great reps will spend 45-minutes to an hour each day preparing and planning for their next day. They will identify who they will meet, calls they will make, goals and the expected outcomes of their efforts. Great reps will also quickly review their approach for each scheduled club tour and customize their approach based on the information they collected from the person on the phone.   • Conduct Effective Club Tours: Within two weeks, know the core products offered by the club and be in a position to quickly (10-15 minutes) understand a typical potential member's needs. Present the club's product line as a solution to the customer's needs appealing to their emotions and preferred buying methodology. Within 30-days, great reps will consistently conduct five club tours each day and maintain an overall close ratio greater than 50%.   • Become Product Expert: Proactively learn all aspects of the club's programs and services during the first seven days. Develop examples of all key benefits by product offering.   • Work with Team to Provide Excellent Customer Service: Develop strong awareness of total team approach to service customers in the club.   • Assist in Implementing Local Marketing: (Optional) Some clubs require sales reps to spend a portion of their time (as much as 2-3 hours a day) in the field calling on businesses, placing lead boxes, door hangers, flyers on cars and implementing other promotions. Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Telecommunicator. This position plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication and support for the Kernersville Police Department. Applicants must have at least one (1) year of prior experience as a telecommunicator to be considered for this position Candidates must also have DCI Modules 1, 2, and 3 certifications or be willing to obtain these certifications during the training phase. Additionally, applicants must be willing to commit to at least 24 hours per week during the training phase and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position performs responsible specialized paraprofessional and technical work in the Communication Center for the Police Department. An employee in this class performs paraprofessional and technical work receiving both emergency and non-emergency telephone calls from citizens and relaying information to police officers via a multi-channel radio system. The worker also provides information/referrals to the general public and other law enforcement agencies. The employee must have the ability to communicate clearly, to use good judgment, to multi-task and to work in stressful situations. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Communications Supervisor and is checked by observation and by regularly reviewing computer entries and Dictaphone.
Examples of Duties
  • Operates multi-line telephone system. Receives telephone calls from citizens, both emergency and non-emergency; obtains and evaluates information and takes needed action; accesses language line for non-English speaking callers; and operates a TTY and Text-to-911 system for text calls and non-verbal callers. Operates and monitors multi-channel radio system to provide information to police officers; patches multiple agencies together when necessary; dispatches officers to the scene; operates portable walkie talkie; operates mobile dispatch center; uses appropriate codes and signals when dispatching calls; checks status of officers while they are on calls; dispatches alarms when instructed; monitors emergency channel for officer distress and dispatches assistance if needed.

  • Monitors Police Department video security system.
  • Maintains database of residential security checks for out-of-town residents.
  • Monitors Doppler radar and advises of severe weather.

Job Overview
Komatsu's Mechanical Assemblers perform a wide range of component and final assembly work in the production of Komatsu's off-road mining trucks. Some examples of this work include building and testing brake assemblies, installation of hydraulic components, and the final assembly of chassis and power train structures.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Will perform various mechanical and electrical assembly functions including, but not limited to, assembly of hydraulic equipment, installation and adjustment of mechanical components, mechanically finalize and test equipment prior to shipment
  • Works from engineering prints, routings, and procedures with minimum supervision
  • Will be responsible for quality and safety of own work including the use of appropriate protective equipment
  • Under the direction of an Electrical Assembler, may install harness structures, cables, and power cables, but may not make final connections
  • Will disassemble and load equipment for shipments as directed
  • May perform light carpentry work such as designing, sawing, and build boxes, crates and ladders
  • Use information systems, as necessary to perform job duties
  • Operates equipment and performs inspection including appropriate documentation
  • May work with Engineering Department on new model introduction or continuous improvement

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Well qualified candidates will demonstrate three or more years of experience in as an automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanic. Three years in similar occupations such as aviation mechanic, marine mechanic, major appliance repair, or HVAC repair involving complex assembly, troubleshooting and repair will also be considered.
  • Experience and expertise reading and utilizing blueprints to assemble and/or troubleshoot
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Computer literacy and experience using computer systems to document or retrieve information
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial environment
  • Will be required to complete a physical commensurate with DOL Medium duty work requirements which includes drug testing.
