What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, analyze, and deliver precision fixtures for 4-axis and 5-axis horizontal CNC machining applications, ensuring robust, repeatable, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and proposal support to build and final delivery.
  • Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to validate fixture designs and ensure structural integrity under machining conditions.
  • Apply strong knowledge of CNC processes, workholding, clamping, and locating components to optimize fixture performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, provide technical guidance, and contribute to team knowledge sharing on fixture and tooling best practices.


What We Need From You

  • 3+ years of experience designing fixtures, tooling, or workholding solutions for CNC machining applications.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assemblies, and drawings; experience with Catia is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, particularly 4-axis and 5-axis horizontal milling.
  • Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic clamping systems preferred.

This is an exciting Maintenance Technician job opportunity in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.


This is a full-time, direct hire job opportunity!


What You Will Be Doing

  • Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, including electrical systems from 480V AC down to 24V DC control circuits.
  • Performing preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, sensors, pumps, and other automated equipment.
  • Diagnosing equipment faults quickly to support continuous production across multiple vehicle programs (Bronco, Wrangler, Corvette, Mustang).
  • Supporting shift‑to‑shift communication and coordinating task handoffs to maintain uptime.
  • Contributing to workflow improvements and assisting with team training as needed.


What We Need From You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

  • At least 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with 480V AC systems and 24V DC control circuits.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair components such as transformers, sensors, motors, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience working in a Tier‑1 automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to understand equipment power architecture and identify faults to keep production running.
  • A certified journeyman electrician is highly preferred.


All-Star Skillset

The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:

  • Experience maintaining equipment and documenting processes.
  • Familiarity with MTBF and MTTR methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automotive quality systems and customer-specific requirements (Ford experience preferred).
  • Understanding of significant/critical characteristics and product safety requirements.
  • Experience working within multifunctional manufacturing teams.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives for plant employees at multiple levels.
  • Partner with department leaders to facilitate training opportunities, obtain vendor quotes for programs such as quality and process improvement training, and coordinate with internal learning resources to schedule instructors and programs.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including investigations, performance management, employee coaching, and conflict resolution, while ensuring company policies are applied consistently.
  • Assist with key HR processes, including onboarding new employees into the HRIS, supporting the merit review process, and helping facilitate goal setting and performance discussions.


What We Need From You
