The ideal candidate will have hospital pharmacy experience and specialized training in emergency or critical care pharmacology.
Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy support in the emergency department.
Ensure safe, effective medication use for critically ill and emergent patients.
Participate in patient care rounds, medication therapy management, and clinical decision-making.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency medicine and critical care pharmacology.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Required Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist (Delaware eligible) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Board Certified (BPS) in Pharmacy Certificate in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care Minimum of 2 years hospital experience with completion of clinical training Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in emergency medicine or critical care pharmacy Advanced certifications in emergency or critical care pharmacology Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Additional Information: Full-time position, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift Must maintain all licensures and certifications required by the facility How to Apply: If interested please email or call Lindsay at 5867107959 or
