As an Office Support Clerk, you will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Admin team to provide office support, including light maintenance and office upkeep. You will also participate in special projects as requested by various departments and provide backup to other administrative positions as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily mailroom operations
  • Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and break room supplies
  • Maintain an organized inventory system and coordinate weekly supply orders
  • Assist with meeting support, including room setup, lunch pickup, and collaborate on company meetings
  • Provide support and cross-training in front desk and administrative duties, including reception coverage and facility walk-throughs
  • Maintain office equipment such as printers, postage machines, and coffee machines
  • Manage vendor relationships for office equipment and facility needs
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

You Must Have

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Typing, computing, and data entry skills
  • Effective communication and organization skills

The expected base rate for this role is between $30.31 and $33.68 per hour.

  • As applicable, this role will also  receive: overtime compensation.

SCHEDULE : Early morning start times

  • Start times range between 1am - 6am

As a US FOODS®Delivery Truck Driver you will be critical to the US FOODS®team and one of the important faces of our organization. As a delivery truck driver, you will have an impact on our customers by delivering our meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to their drop-off sites. About the Role

The Demand Planner supports the end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, and inventory to ensure products are produced and available to meet business needs efficiently. They develop and maintain channel-level demand and supply plans, lead day-to-day S&OP coordination, and ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets. The Demand Planner is a cross-functional collaborator that works with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing (Operations), and Supply Chain to translate commercial forecasts into executable operational plans.


Key Responsibilities


Demand & Supply Planning

  • Develop and manage channel-level demand and supply plans for Retail, Wholesale, and Drop Ship.
  • Align production forecasts with sales inputs, marketing promotions, and inventory goals.
  • Support new product launches with channel-specific planning, timing, and material readiness.
  • Monitor actual performance versus plan and adjust forecasts to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.


S&OP Coordination & Communication

  • Lead the S&OP process and ensure forecast, production, and inventory data are accurate and updated.
  • Communicate plan changes across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on volume, timing, and priorities.
  • Maintain ongoing visibility to demand shifts and operational constraints; escalate issues and recommend adjustments.


Inventory Management & Allocation

  • Maintain SKU-level visibility across production and 3PL warehouse locations.
  • Optimize inventory allocation by channel to balance service levels and cost.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure timely purchasing of ingredients and packaging.


Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze historical sales, trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy and planning reliability.
  • Track and report key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Support system and reporting enhancements within ERP or planning tools.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, production scheduling, or S&OP coordination within food & beverage, CPG, or manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Experience managing planning processes across multiple SKUs and channels preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).  

  • Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly). 

  • Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g., proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard. 

  • Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service with clear communication.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  

  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.  

 

CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).  

  • Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly). 

  • Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g., proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard. 

  • Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service with clear communication. 

  • Other duties as assigned by Management. 

 

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  

  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.  

 

CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.  

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:  

 

  • Knowledge of: DOT regulations; Hazmat guidelines; Safe lifting and delivery practices. 
  •  Skill in: driving over long distances, over a variety of terrains and in varying weather conditions, communicating with customers; solving problems; delivering products.  
  •  Ability to: drive a tractor-trailer unit both in the day and at night, remain alert and aware of surroundings; meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company; handle hazardous materials and food and restaurant items that are frozen, dry and refrigerated; operate a 3 axle tractor, 45' - 48' trailer, straight truck, on board computer, key pad and a 2 wheel hand cart
  • Perform basic math functions (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide); effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision; solve problems.  
  • Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
