Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Cross Product Team Lead to lead cost, schedule and execution of the Coyote Block 3 plus (CB3+) System Integration & Test Portfolio.  This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona with alternate onsite locations in McKinney, TX; Tewksbury, MA; Largo, FL & Scottsdale, AZ .  Travel up to 10% will be required.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the cost, schedule and execution of the Coyote Block 3 Plus (CB3+) Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) activities within a structure of CB3+ Cross Product / Systems.
• Lead flight test, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) proposal, HIL development, cross product verification testing, and cross product lab integration efforts.
• Lead a cross product team of IPTLs and multidisciplinary engineers (~15-20).
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with other CPTs, IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.

Team Overview: The Cross Functional Store Manager in Training will work closely with the Location General Manager and other business managers to ensure the effective execution of CarMax policies and procedures. · Interviews, hires, trains, and promotes associates to support store operations and company growth.

· Leads training and development activities across business areas, including sales, service operations, merchandising, and business operations, to positively impact the customer experience, maximize execution, and minimize risk.

Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible:

• To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company.
• For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday. If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.

Associates considered full-time salaried are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.
