About the Role

Our client, a multi-billion dollar global organization, is seeking a Revenue Manager to join their team and play a key role across the revenue function. This role sits at the center of accounting, billing, and collections, helping to drive day-to-day operations while also contributing to broader finance transformation initiatives focused on improving processes, workflows, and overall efficiency. You’ll own revenue reporting, inventory exposure, and forecasting, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure accuracy, visibility, and timely cash collection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue balances and exposure, ensuring alignment with firm policies and minimizing risk
• Produce and analyze revenue reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Build billing and collections forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making
• Partner with billing and collections teams to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Big 4, legal or professional services environment with a focus on revenue or billing

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems (legal billing systems a plus)

JOB TITLE: Stock Associate

REPORTS TO: General Manager

Job Purpose:

The Stock Associate is responsible for supporting all operational functions related to merchandise logistics, with a focus on incoming and outgoing shipment processing, allocation, and distribution. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Stock Associate partners with store leadership, to ensure stock levels and replenishment needs align with TOM FORD FASHION standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support inventory management: conduct regular inventory cycle counts in partnership with Store leadership and the Operations Manager to ensure stock levels match system records.
• Handle products with care following sales operations and packaging guidelines.
• Inspect all incoming and outgoing products for quality and presentation standards before sending them out to clients / stores or placing them on the shop floor. Report and manage any damage or discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and well-labelled stockroom to maximize sales efficiency, pivot merchandise when needed to accommodate stock levels and prevent damage, especially delicate and high end items.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to replenish the selling floor and floor cabinets with the right products in a timely manner, coordinate with sales associates and visual merchandisers to ensure displays are always full and attractive.
• Follow strict procedures to prevent shrinkage and loss, including accurate tracking and secure handling of merchandise. Adhere to company protocols when handling transfers, damages, and returns.
• Respond to products requests in a timely manner, communicating the arrival of transfers to enhance customer service.
• Locate and prepare products for client appointments and special events as needed.

Skills, Competencies & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a retail back-of-house environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in digital systems including POS and inventory tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. Job Purpose: Achieve daily business objectives by supporting all shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, monitoring store supplies, and maintaining back stock effectively. Stockroom Operations:

• Supervise stock associates and ensure proper training on all company policies and procedures.

• Maintain all merchandise in the stockroom by category and ensure that it is labeled appropriately for quick location.

Inventory Management:

• Process shipment receipts quickly and accurately. Verify units received; unpack and process merchandise as appropriate (e.g., hang, fold, or stack).
• Process all store-to-store transfers, RA's, and damage/defective transfers efficiently. Confirm all transferred items are accurate and ticketed correctly and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate Inventory Control records according to company policy and procedures. Participate in quarterly inventory process.
• Communicate inventory issues to management as soon as they arise.
• Maintain 2% or less annual shrink results
• Organize and conduct weekly cycle counts

Daily Operations and Customer Service:

• Provide a courteous experience for all customers while on the selling floor.
• Be knowledgeable about inventory levels in the stockroom; conduct customer merchandise checks and refill the floor as needed.
• Prepare web orders and other charge send packages for shipment appropriately.
• Maintain accurate UPS records.
• Assist with housekeeping and other store operations duties as assigned by management
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness and standards of both front and back of house
• Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy prior to receiving in Netsuite, verifying that quantities match packing lists, TO’s etc.
• Ensure damages/store repairs are processed accurately and at a minimum of once a month
• Monitor store supply levels and place bi-weekly/monthly orders
• Prep new product for the sales floor, and backstock according to policy and procedure
• Analyze inventory levels to request bi-weekly allocation/inventory transfers
• Maintain ongoing communication with the store team regarding new arrivals, stock availability, and quality control issues
• Ensure damages/store repairs are processed accurately and at a minimum of once a month
• Support the sales floor team on replenishment and recovery during peak business hours
• Partner with store manager to identify repair and maintenance needs in the store
• Assist with online returns and client repairs
