Job Summary
The Security Department’s team is responsible for the safety and security of Peacock Theater and Arena guests, team members, and assets at all times.
Essential Functions
- Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis.
- Respond to all security and safety related issues in a timely manner.
- Investigate incidents and compile information for official reports.
- Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without the loss of efficiency or composure.
- Use excellent customer service skills when interacting with guests, clients, and staff.

This role combines hands-on technical work with crew leadership, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of AVL systems including audio, video, and theatrical lighting equipment
- Direct and coordinate small installation crews (2–5 technicians) onsite
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain AVL systems using industry best practices
- Read and interpret CAD drawings and construction documents
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, electricians, and general contractors
- Document installation progress and maintain quality standards
- Provide basic client training and system handoff support
- Prepare tools, equipment, and installation materials for job sites
- Maintain organized shop and installation areas

Qualifications
- 3–7 years of AVL installation experience

DescriptionSummary: The full-time Assistant Manager is a full-time hourly employee whose primary function is the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees, and to act as a representative to Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Upholding and administering all theatre policies.
- The training, developing, coaching and supervising of non-management employees.
- Operating all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre, both hardware and software, and maintenance as required. Working knowledge of all systems within facility in Booth and Projection technology including maintenance, programming, TMS operation and all related projection skills.
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable. If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws. It is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
- Performing all staff positions as required.
- Monitoring risk management as it pertains to the theatre, i.e., employee and patron safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and the proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents.
- Counting, depositing, and reconciling all receipts taken in during a business day. Receipts include cash, credit cards, coupons, gift cards, checks, discount tickets, and any other mode of payment or accountability deemed applicable by Regal.
- The interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling, suspending of any cast member, with the oversight from the General Manager or senior management of the facility, and after conferring with the Human Resources Manager, terminating of any employee. Properly administrating all applicable paperwork and upholding all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources.

Qualifications:

ABOUT THE POSITION
· Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing and Communications Associate is responsible for curating and creating engaging content for the Colonial’s social media channels, website, and email campaigns; providing customer service on all digital channels; analyzing digital campaign analytics; and assisting in press-related activities.
· Works collaboratively on digital initiatives with multiple central marketing teams including CRM, eCommerce, Social & Content, and Product Management, as well as our external Digital Marketing Consultants at AKA on all paid digital media.
