Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

* Oversee all daily shipping and receiving activities, including the scheduling, preparation, verification, and tracking of shipments.

* Prepare and maintain all department documentation

* Organize, assign, and direct daily tasks for shipping and receiving staff, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.

* Perform hands on tasks such as picking, scanning, and wrapping. Unloading/ loading trucks and moving materials with forklifts and pallet jacks. Paricipate in cycle counts as required.

* Oversee staff performance including training, coaching, reviews, and corrective actions.

* Ensure all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts) is properly maintained and safe to operate.

* Work closely with production, customer service, and external vendors and customers. Communicate effectively and resolve issues quickly.

* Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA standards, and state regulations.

* Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of work areas to a 6S standard.

* Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Shipping: Prepare, pack, seal, and label outgoing items, ensuring accuracy with invoices or manifests.
• Receiving: Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming, verifying goods against purchase orders or packing slips
• Inventory Control: Update inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and stock materials in correct locations.
• Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with carriers for pick-ups, prepare bills of lading, and process shipments (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory software, computer systems, and barcode scanners.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs), and stand for long periods.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail for tracking, recording, and verifying data.
• Equipment: Experience with, or ability to learn, forklifts, pallet jacks, and shipping tools.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

*Keep area clean.

*Maintain finished goods inventory.

*Receive in daily deliveries, and scan orders.

*Pre-stage shipments, load & unload trucks in required window time.

Employment Type: Per Diem

Position Purpose

The technologist is responsible for performing all MRI/MRA procedures including those utilizing injected contrast agents. The

technologist selects proper technical factors and coils. The technologist must show independent judgment when performing procedures

and when addressing difficult or unusual situations. The technologist is responsible for evaluating images for technical quality.

What you will do:

• Perform all MRI/MRA procedures

• Utilize hospital EMR and Radiology PACS with accuracy

• Assesses patients to determine ability to undergo ordered procedure

• Accept additional assignments and tasks

• Provide MRI co PD position to include on call duties, evenings, Mon thru Frid 1730-2400, Weekends Commitment of 1 weekend a month minimum. May include day shift occasionally for PTO coverage. Coverage after hours, weekends and holidays participating in “ON-CALL” rotation

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive Shipping Coordinator to support day-to-day shipping operations and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for gifting programs.
