As a CT Technologist, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Select proper technical factors for study then perform and complete diagnostic CT examinations accurately in a caring, compassionate and respectful manner
- Possess sound and thorough operational knowledge of the CT scanner, pressure injector, resuscitation equipment, laser filmer, and teleradiology system
- Assist in the administration of contrast media and other related procedures

Qualifications
- Completion of a 24-month program in Radiologic Technology at an accredited, AMA-approved institution
- ARRT (CT) certification (preferred)
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and/or lifting of patients/equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum of 1-3 years current/recent experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Drywall Estimator / Project Manager will oversee the estimating and management of drywall projects from bid through completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of drywall systems, materials, labor productivity, and construction sequencing. This role requires strong analytical skills to produce accurate estimates, as well as the ability to manage awarded projects to ensure they are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget. Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams is critical, along with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda to prepare detailed drywall estimates, including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Know and comply with all relevant building codes, OSHA requirements, and project-specific safety and quality standards.
- Manage bid process: perform quantity take-offs, prepare proposals, clarify scope, and participate in pre-bid meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery.
- Develop project schedules and manpower plans based on drywall scopes and coordinate with field supervision.
- Secure and allocate resources, including material orders, manpower, equipment, and permits where required.
- Negotiate and manage changes to drywall contract scope, schedule, and costs.
- Conduct site walks and inspections to verify installation methods, assess quality, and track productivity against estimates.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent field experience in drywall estimating/project management may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in drywall estimating and/or project management within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, wall types, finish schedules, and specifications specific to drywall and ceilings.
- Knowledge of drywall assemblies, framing systems, insulation, fireproofing, soundproofing, and finish standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Timberline or similar).
- Solid computer skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- OSHA-30 certification preferred.

The Mechanical Estimating Manager provides technical leadership, mentorship, and quality control across the estimating team while supporting bid strategy, risk evaluation, and executive decision-making. YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Responsible for providing all of the estimating and pricing on the assigned project that is to be performed. This includes conceptual estimates, schematic estimates, design development estimates, and estimates for bidding.
- Responsible for ensuring the estimating and pricing for the project is completed on time so that other members of the project team can review it and make recommendations and/or adjustments.
- Responsible for accurate estimate and pricing, which includes additional research and the correct use of additional resources, including subcontractors.
- Submits requests to architects and /or owners to obtain clarifications and answers to questions, contradictions, conflicts, inadequacies, and other confusing issues represented by the plans, specifications and other documentation.
- Presents estimates to the owner in a clean and clear format.
- Provides all estimate breakouts required by the bid documents, the client, or Okland personnel.
- Includes the following estimates where applicable: taxes, insurances, bonds, Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP), special wage rates, productivity, and fees & permits.
- Uses sound estimating judgment in making decisions by frequently referring to comparable historical data on related projects, with cost escalations added as required.
- Estimates complete concrete general requirements or conditions, including demolition, earthwork, crane needs, ready-mix adjustments, steel embeds and rough carpentry.
- Reviews and prices all items before others see it.
- Uses estimating software for all concrete general requirements and structural excavation/backfill estimates.

- Assist with bids, as requested, by taking the role of bid captain; this includes taking bids, bid pricing, analyzing bid packages, putting together a bid, and turning in a bid.
- Assists the project manager in subcontracting the project and getting the project started.
- Attends and represents the company in project estimating meetings, project review meetings, and pre-bid meetings (as requested).
YOU ARE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) preferred
- 3-5 years of scheduling and cost estimating experience, including reading and researching blueprints, quantity take-offs, and estimating practices.
- Knowledge of construction and renovation terms, materials, techniques, procedures, and practices
- Knowledge of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of construction cost estimating techniques, procedures, and practices, including material quantity take-offs, labor unit work hours, labor rate analysis, and material unit pricing.

The Role:
The Assistant Estimator is responsible for assisting with all aspects of estimating including pre-construction, hard bids, negotiated bids, budgets, systems studies and comparisons, value engineering, subcontractor relations and staying abreast of industry developments applicable to estimating.
Responsibilities:
Subcontractor Solicitation & Selection:
- Follow up with subs regarding bidding and update the subcontractor bid list.
- Understand a scope of work prepared by an Estimator or Senior Estimator and provide scoping assistance.
- Write and send out an Invitation to Bid.
Subcontractor Relationships & Feedback:
- Assist the Estimator in keeping subcontractors up to date with project information and addenda during the bidding process.
- Send out documents, bid clarifications and addenda to subs.
- Receive sub RFI's and transmit to Estimators.
Preconstruction, Conceptual and Design Build Estimating:
- Assist the Estimator with basic quantity take offs.
Hard Bid Estimating:
- Assist the Estimator with basic quantity take offs.
- Assist the Estimator and Senior Estimator on bid day
- Call subcontractors for pricing
- Check the fax machines and mail boxes for bids and distribute bids to the Estimators.
- Create transmittals for the printer.
- Prepare bid packages to be sent to the subs.
- Prepare trade spread sheets and list scope of work with the project Estimator(s).
- Log in sub pricing to the bid spread sheets.
- Participate in sub scope review meetings.
- Participate in project walkthroughs as required.
Post Bid Activities:
- Assist the Estimating Coordinator, after the bid goes in, with organizing the bid box and checking to make sure that each sub is entered into the S4 database.
Turn Over Meetings:
- Assist the Estimator and Senior Estimator in compiling the Turn Over Meeting package
Exhibit B & Scope Sheets:
- Assist in developing Exhibit Bs
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Report on status of assignments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in MEP Estimating or equivalent; Electrical Estimating experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Excel spread sheets, and Word processing programs.
- Experience with estimating software such as Intellibid, Accubid, Timberline, OST, MC2
- Knowledge of the contents of each CSI section.
- Ability to read & interpret blue prints in order to understand the scope of work at SD, DD and CD phases of design.
- Ability to coordinate construction document plans, details and specifications.
- Ability to apply CD details to a conceptual set of documents to capture all cost impacts of the details.

Description Summary:
The Chief Heavy Civil Estimator is responsible for leading the company’s heavy civil estimating strategy, execution, and team development across all offices. This role will oversee a group of estimators operating from a centralized estimating location and will support bids for projects throughout the company’s footprint.
This position is a key leadership role in expanding the company’s heavy civil capabilities into new and existing markets including dams and water resource infrastructure, mass grading, mining support infrastructure, underground utilities, pipelines, and large-scale site development. The Chief Heavy Civil Estimator will produce accurate, complete, and competitive estimates and will build repeatable estimating systems that drive profitable growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Civil Estimator:
- Lead and manage a team of estimators responsible for heavy civil bids across all offices.
- Assign estimating responsibilities, coordinate workloads, and ensure bid schedules are met.
- Develop and mentor estimating staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Establish clear estimating workflows, standards, review processes, and deliverables.
- Lead preparation of competitive and complete estimates for heavy civil and large development pursuits.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, pricing, labor and equipment productions, and bid-leveling.
- Develop pricing strategies and collaborate with leadership to determine bid markups, general conditions, contingency, and schedule impacts.
- Coordinate bid reviews and executive-level presentations prior to submission.
- Support expansion into new heavy civil markets and project types including:
- Dams / levees / water infrastructure
- Mass grading / earthwork
- Mining and mine infrastructure
- Wet and dry utilities
- Pipeline – Water/Sewer/Oil/Gas
- Large developments and site infrastructure
- Build estimating models, assemblies, means-and-methods assumptions, and productivity benchmarks for emerging work types.
- Identify equipment needs, subcontractor requirements, and labor production assumptions to support new civil capabilities.
- Ensure all estimates include complete scope coverage, clear assumptions, and appropriate risk allocation.
- Identify project risks and opportunities including logistics, access, production constraints, seasonal impacts, and design ambiguities.
- Support constructability reviews and sequencing concepts that align with execution strategies.
- Ensure the bid complies with owner requirements, bid forms, and proposal instructions.
- Solicit subcontractor pricing and scope input for specialty work (dewatering, drilling, blasting, shoring, etc.).
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes for completeness and accuracy; manage bid leveling and scope alignment.
- Assist in development of strategic partnerships for emerging markets and scopes.
- Maintain and improve a heavy civil cost database including labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontractor benchmarks.
- Track estimate performance and contribute to lessons learned based on job cost results and field feedback.
- Coordinate with operations, project management, and field leadership to validate means/methods and production assumptions.
- Participate in turnover meetings and support transition from bid to execution.
- Assist operations in early project planning, budgeting, and buyout strategy as needed.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Civil Construction Estimator
- Proven experience leading estimating efforts on complex heavy civil projects
- Demonstrated success managing or mentoring estimators and leading bid teams.
