Summary
The Payroll & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of muti-state US and Canadian payroll processing and provides operational support to Human Resource functions. Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll for US and Canadian employees in accordance with established payroll schedules and company policies
- Maintain payroll records, timekeeping data, and employee pay information in payroll and HR information systems
- Administer wage garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and voluntary deductions in compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations
- Coordinate payroll tax reporting, filings, and reconciliations with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders
- administer retirement plan contributions, including 401(k) and RSP employee deferrals, employer matches, and loan repayments
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and payroll policies in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations
- Experience administering payroll deductions, garnishments, and retirement contributions
- Proficiency with payroll systems and timekeeping software

Role Overview
The Advertising & Optimization Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through on-site and off-site digital advertising across PSi’s ecommerce ecosystem. The SSC/CG Directorate is responsible for the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National/Joint Force Operations. The Personnel Manager will provide the government customer actionable information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, and processes to eliminate waste, with the goal of standardizing best practices and reducing cycle times/cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC/CG directorate. Individuals will support various management and administrative roles to ensure efficient and effective operations of organizational activities. Specific tasks may include:
- Provide leadership and direction to the contractor team for infrastructure, human resource, personal management and information management to the organization.
- Oversee automated data processing equipment (ADPE) management and tracking of ADPE assets to ensure effective procurement, operation, maintenance and replacement of ADPE assets
- Oversee infrastructure management activities to include effective coordination on Aerospace facilities to ensure space requirements are met and Facility Board meetings are effectively managed.

Required Qualifications:
