Front End The front end is the final point of contact with our customers. As a cashier or cart clerk, your most important responsibility is to make a positive, friendly and lasting impression on our customers. Bakery - You will slice, price, package, and display baked goods and ensure product is stocked, rotated, stored properly. Pharmacy - If you have a passion or interest in helping to provide health-related services, a pharmacy technician may be the perfect position. You will retrieve medications from shelves, count or pour medications, label containers, properly price prescriptions, enter customer data into the computer, keep accurate records, and complete pharmacy related paperwork, as well as maintain security of controlled substances and ensure orders are placed and supplies are stocked. Deli/ Carryout Cafe - You will fulfill customer requests for deli and/or prepared foods products (i.e. ready-made meals, packaged salads, pizzas, subs, etc.), slice deli meats/cheeses to order, prepare product for cases, ensure product is properly stored, rotated, and displayed. General Merchandise -You will ensure that product on the shelves is stocked and ready for customer purchase. Position Summary

The Manufacturing planner III will be responsible for planning and scheduling all aspect of production. The position will require complex analysis of data to determine the most cost effective, optimal production schedule that Manufacturing can successfully execute. Involve with the new product introduction and transfers, includes interaction with other departments to ensure that company objectives are met for business revenues and customer satisfaction. Individual will drive continuously process improvement to improve key metrics such as OTIF, Backorder, Schedule Attainment, & Utilization. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, maintaining Safety Stock levels of products and internal raw material shortages levels.
• Coordinate production workflow for multiple product lines.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Schedule shift according to production needs.
• Monitor the progress for each function to deliver the product on time.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports (PMD).
• Maintenance of MRP master data parameters for established products and new product transfers to ensure accurate signals for quantity and dates generated by MRP (i.e. production lead times, lot sizing, and safety stock) to minimize excess inventory.
• Implement material master changes, product structures, BOMs and Router into production process as required.
• Recalculate orders and requirements as needed by analyzing trends in demand, changes in lead time, minimum order quantities, standard batch sizes and safety stock levels.
• Follow up on open orders and partial shipments and expedite as required.
• Attend daily management stand -up meetings and provide regular and timely status updates on planning and production issues impacting replenishment to management.
• Partner effectively with external departments including Demand Planning, Customer Service, R&D, PMO, QC/QA, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics to resolve issues impacting areas of responsibility.
• Identify and proactively communicate inventory stock level risks to Marketing and present during SIOP meeting.
• Interface with manufacturing managers/supervisors to coordinate and prioritize product availability to support customer service efforts.
• Oversees the material planning aspects of new product launches, rebranding, specification changes to products.
• Analyze root causes of stock outs and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO/FDA, GMP, ISO Regulations and other regulatory requirements for diagnostics manufacturing.
• Directs the manufacturing efforts of the organization by developing daily production schedules, taking into consideration pre-established line rates, established committed lead-times and cost effectiveness of schedules.
• Proactively works with the purchasing department to identify shortages and schedule accordingly to reduce the number of shortages that impact operations.
• Proactively works with production to expedite production requests as required and communicate any delays that will impact production requirements.
• Control all documentation relative to the operations planning function. Such documentation includes but is not limited to, backlog reports, lead-time analysis, shop floor orders (including rework orders), delivery performance, daily production status, pull from stock sheet, lead-time maintenance, shortage reports, and close production order reports.
• Manage replenishment levels for applicable safety stocking programs.
• Works with the Site PFEP (Plan for Every Part) to drive PFEP within the Value Stream
• Participates in PPI lean manufacturing initiatives to continuously improve process flow regarding material management.
• Key areas also include capacity requirements evaluation, constant monitoring of production readiness and materials availability, continuous improvement of responsible areas and support activities related to PR1 system maintenance to ensure MRP update.
• Ensure the most efficient resources utilization via continuous communication with Operations.

The Warehouse Associate in Receiving performs a variety of warehouse/distribution related functions accurately and efficiently to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. As a Warehouse Associate focused on Receiving, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain by accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments. This individual may also be required to proficiently perform in other warehouse departments (e.g. stocking, order filling, packaging, shipping).

This position is responsible for demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warehouse related duties including but not limited to receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping.

• Perform cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse, supplies and equipment. Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of material handling, forklift, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck. Must pass forklift training and maintain forklift certification.
• Knowledge of computer basics, Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions - SAP, Kisoft, LogiFlow, Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to keep fast paced within work environment. Able to work independently or within a team environment.
• Ability to read, interpret and comprehend documents such as training instructions, shipping tickets, procedure manuals, etc. at a fast pace.
• Requires lifting ability of up to 80 pounds, with frequent lifting of 40-60 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk on a concrete surface 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Experience with RF Scanner used to track inventory preferred.

Hourly Pay: starting at $22/hr

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.

SUMMARY: 

The Associate Buyer is a key member of the team tasked with elevating one of our iconic brands at TR Retail LLC, and successfully growing its business in our retail and ecommerce stores. The role works closely with the Brand Director, Product Merchandising, and Marketing to inform how the buy is built and executed at retail. With support from the Director of Merchandising and Inventory Lifecycle Management (the Director), the Associate Buyer will formulate and execute buying and assortment strategies to maximize sales, net profit, and store performance for the assigned categories. The Associate Buyer is responsible for the overall health of inventory, maintaining proper stock levels and assortments through detailed analysis for the retail and online stores. This role will reallocate and replenish merchandise between warehouse and stores based on sales and stock levels, to optimize sales opportunities with the pursuit of getting the right products to the right place at the right time. This role is also responsible for providing necessary analysis and reports to the Senior Retail team to aid decisions.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Buying 

• Own end to end merchandising and buying strategies, identify and seek opportunities to positively affect company’s overall point of view and financial outcome. 
• Review seasonal collections, strategize investments based on OTB, sales analysis, trend projection, and historical performance for their assigned brand and/or category. 
• Build, evaluate and revise sales plans at category and collection level. 
• Develop monthly allocation and product launch plans in collaboration with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations, in accordance with marketing and promotion strategies. 
• Identify new business opportunities through sales analysis, retail feedback and competitive research. 
• Maintain margin by managing seasonal markdowns and eventual RTV strategy. 
• Ensure all steps of data entry and POs for new collections are accurately entered in the system 
• Attend merchandising, marketing, and product related meetings for the assigned brand and/or category 
• Partner with the Director to formulate and execute assortment plans for seasonal buys, strategize investments based on OTB, sales analysis, trend projection, and historical performance 

Inventory Management and Replenishment 

• Consistently monitor sales and stock for all stores, analyze and execute replenishments, transfers, and consolidations accordingly to provide optimal size integrity, maximize sales opportunity, and minimize leftover stock.  
• Review weekly replenishment/ transfer recommendations made by Retail Support Team and make necessary adjustments 
• Validate all replenishment POs written by Retail Support Team and send to Corporate Customer Service 
• Analyze stock performance and recommend merchandise for markdown and eventual RTV 
• Execute markdowns and other price changes in retail system 
• Manage minimums for auto replenishable stock, review and adjust when necessary 
• Plan and communicate Monthly Delivery Calendar for retail and online stores to ensure merchandise are delivered promptly and according to marketing plans; coordinate and negotiate with Shipping Department to minimize impact on merchandise delays 
• Work with Store Managers, Retail Operations, Customer Service, and Shipping Departments to resolve shipping discrepancies 
• Review and process damage returns, record damage reasons and spot trends for possible defective items or production issues and communicate with the Director and the Corporate Merchandising Team 
• Manage all inventory adjustments and cycle counts 
• Recommend and perform other analyses and actions needed to maintain inventory health 

Business Intelligence 

• Provide necessary reports and analytics to stores and corporate stakeholders  
• Have in depth understanding of retail, online, and business intelligence systems, be the “go-to” person for resolving issues and creating new report modules 
• Provide ad hoc reports as needed in a timely manner 

Retail and Online store support 

• Communicate new product arrivals and business trends 
• Participate in store openings, closings and events as required 
• Attend weekly conference calls, store and manager meetings, and training sessions as required  
• Participate in weekly Online and Merchandising meetings and provide support as necessary 
• Attend monthly Online Target meetings to coordinate product launches in accordance with marketing plans 
• Work with Marketing to develop product knowledge materials for store teams

Job Summary:

To supervise, direct and maintain pricing, stocking, facing and rotation of merchandise in the grocery departments.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist with training of new night crew leaders and all new night crew employees.
• Assist with ordering of merchandise to maintain adequate inventory levels and minimize out of stocks.
• Assist with overall presentation of the grocery department (block & face) in accordance with company policy.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).

Manage stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.

Program and operate CNC/Manual mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.

Set up CNC/Manual mills and lathes by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads.

Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.

Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

Ensure safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Proficiency with software applications including CAD - CATIA preferred, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

CNC Programmer/Machinist Responsibilities:

Write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts on 3 and 5 axis machining centers.

Design and fixture complicated setups on manual and CNC machines.

Calculate speeds and feeds for multiple materials.

Read and understand drawings.

Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up machines.

Working knowledge of the following machines: Mill (manual and CNC), Lathe (manual and CNC), Saws.

Select tooling for specific applications.

Machine parts to print and/or other special requirements.

Utilize measurement equipment to qualify completed parts.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment.

Demonstrates proficiency with CAD (CATIA), CAM software and G-code.

Experience with any CAD System, not limited to CATIA only: Mastercam, GibbsCam is acceptable.

Experience in using Vericut is a plus.

Proficient with GD&T.

Manual and CNC operator experience required.

Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects.

Experience writing post processors is a plus.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Power Point
