Job Purpose

Applies broad theoretical knowledge in Regional Spec Control Operations. Manage and administer NA Regional and Global engineering drawings and manufacturing design revision issuance to all North American and Global plants as needed. Development, configuration, management, and verification of the technical data in the Manufacturing Bill of Material thru execution of Engineering Design Changes and revisions from NA manufacturing plants from Manufacturing Instructions. Contribute to the stable production start of New Models and products in mass production by focusing on quality & efficiency in execution of the engineering change management process.

Key Accountabilities

• Design Change Delivery - BEAM Bill of Material System Setting: handling engineering technical records and project information for individual design changes or full BOM design changes - Design drawing review, part hierarchy/ structure change point confirmation, understand Inter / Intra company part supply relationships. Interpret regional and global parts supply/install agreements to ensure data is sent to correct plants. Understand each models feature and application list change points. Understanding and configuration of Frame/Engine/Transmission /Differential combination set up and combination changepoint reconversions, apply reason codes by change point to support supplier/factory instruction sheet issuance.

• Manufacturing Instruction Delivery - BEAM Bill of Material setting: handling engineering technical data by configuration of Part Drawing Manufacturing Change Points, confirmation of part hierarchy, quantity, application accuracy, understand Inter / Intra company part supply relationships, understanding of in-house delivery set up, interpret regional and global parts supply / install agreements to ensure data is sent to correct plants, understanding of feature and application list change points, understanding and configuration of Frame / Engine / Transmission / Differential combination set up and combination changepoint reconversions, apply reason codes by change point to support instruction sheet issuance and VIN capture, determine need to request supplier or plant supply setting, quantities confirmation and splitting, confirmation of application at multiple plants, verification of originating department content / objective.

• Export Bill of Material – Mgmt. of parts supplied from North America to the world.. Communication with multiple regions for application timing, part color setting, model build process kick-off & execution. Address customer inquiries / concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Build customer relationships and teamwork. Attend and support BOM and New Model meetings with North America International Operations Office (NAIOO) as needed.

• Communication & Coordination –Facilitate or support all North America plants / departments with design and engineering Bill of Material clarification & configuration information per Operational Rules and support New Model meetings as needed.

• Business Plan Themes – Leading or participating in a team that will execute strategic business initiatives. Theme work may include: process maps, calculations of benefits/ efficiency, time studies, or multi department collaboration. Teams report status monthly/quarterly to management to communicate/share progress on theme.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Reporting to Justin Williams, President OHAPH, the next CNO will serve as the Chief Nurse Executive and a member of the executive leadership team for OHAPH. The CNO providers leadership and coordinates activities, processes, and policies resulting in high quality patient care driven by system-wide nursing practices and standards. Works closely with the Vice President of Nursing for Orlando Health to provide leadership and direction in accord with the organization's mission and values and nursing's core mission, vision and values. Direct reports will include the Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO), Director of Care Management, Manager APH Care Management, Manager Learning Specialists Care Team, and Administrative Supervisors.

The CNO will create a dynamic, compelling vision and strategic roadmap for nursing. The Chief Nurse will foster an environment of nursing empowerment, exemplary professional practice, new knowledge, innovation, continuous improvement and empirical outcomes. The CNO will serve as a member of the executive team and participate in determining the future direction of the organization and developing a vision and strategy to support long-term success. The Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in leadership, including experience in leading patient care providers, creating a vision for patient care and being an advocate for caregivers while achieving organizational goals.
* A Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and a Master's Degree in Nursing and/or business or related field required.

In collaboration with other leaders, the CMO focuses on understanding, addressing and improving operational processes, to improve quality and safety, but also make it easier to deliver care while simultaneously improving access, throughput, and experience (both provider and patient).

The CMO is responsible for the hospital staff to ensure evidence-based practice standards, protocols, and direction are in place, and ensures the highest quality and efficiency of patient care in accord with the organization's mission and values. The CMO acts as the primary liaison between Administration and the hospital staff on a wide variety of matters relevant to developing and sustaining a strong collaborative relationship. The CMO is also responsible for overseeing and advancing medical staff affairs processes, including privileging, credentialing, peer review, and provider performance (both clinical and behavioral). In addition, the CMO supports and advances physician recruitment, retention, and engagement endeavors along with the educational experience of all trainees.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a clinical physician required.
* Minimum of 5-10 years of physician leadership experience including a strong quality and safety background.
* MD, DO, MD/PhD or equivalent is required.
* Board certified in pediatrics or a pediatric sub-specialty.
* Eligible for licensure in the State of Florida.
* The CMO requires leadership skills commensurate with a history of leadership roles/responsibilities and an understanding of behavioral and organizational change methodology.
* Demonstrated experience in executing quality improvement methodologies; and knowledge and/or experience with models for the evaluation of resource use, influencing factors and analysis.

ThemeWorks is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our growing team at ThemeWorks. In this role, you’ll help ensure our procurement processes run efficiently while supporting the teams that bring some of the world’s most engaging environments to life. The right person will enjoy tackling challenges, balancing multiple priorities, and working in a creative, collaborative setting.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, prepare, and process timely requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
  • Track and monitor open orders through to delivery
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time shipments
  • Work with Receiving to inspect incoming materials and verify they meet specifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, evaluating performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and service
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Production, Accounting, and Design to resolve procurement-related issues
  • Initiate and follow through on corrective actions related to non-conforming materials with suppliers
  • Research and identify prospective suppliers within assigned categories
  • Track the distribution and inventory of safety equipment
  • Support production-related inventory processes
  • Provide administrative support to Production personnel

  • Experience with procurement and inventory control processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage and Smartsheet is a plus
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills

The Food and Beverage Department at Six Flags Great Adventure has an exciting opportunity available and is looking for candidates to be a part of the Hospitality Management – Food and Beverage Internship Program. Responsibilities:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Selling food and beverages at outdoor carts and/or indoor restaurants.
  • Taking and filling orders and being able to multitask.
  • Preparing and assembling food items in a kitchen area, including the use of a fryer, grill, broiler, and other industrial cooking equipment.
  • Preparing, handling and serving food products including but not limited to meat, meat products, pork, shellfish, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, and nut products.

Qualifications for each applicant:

  • Must be at least 18 years old by program start date
  • Must be professional, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude.
  • Have open availability
  • Work a minimum of four days of the week, two being weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
  • Work a shift that will at minimum be eight hours
  • Willing to work at minimum thirty-two hours a week

Overview:
