POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates and monitors the contents of shipments that leave Comprehensive Logistics
- Assists with training the materials team
- Train, coach all shipping personnel in all policies and procedures of the company
- Ability to make timely decisions that may affect the service and productivity of our customer

Title: Senior Linux Systems Engineer

Overview & Responsibilities
- As a Senior Linux Systems Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority for a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environment supporting the Cameo (Dassault Systmes/No Magic) suite. This role requires more than standard administration; we are looking for a specialist with CLI-level mastery capable of deep-tier kernel tuning and performance optimization. You will ensure the integrity of server resources, manage a complex Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and provide high-level technical support to a large community of system engineers and partners.
You will be responsible for
- Advanced Systems Engineering & Kernel Optimization
- Perform kernel-level tuning (sysctl), I/O scheduling, and memory management to optimize RHEL for high-demand MBSE workloads.
- Execute all administrative tasks, file management, and system troubleshooting via the command-line interface (CLI) in a headless or cloud environment.
- Proactively monitor system health and performance to ensure 99.9% availability of mission-critical server resources and hardware.
- Cameo & VDI Administration
- Act as the primary administrator for Cameo Systems Modeler and Teamwork Cloud, managing user groups, permissions, and server-side configurations.
- Configure and troubleshoot user profiles in a virtual desktop environment using XRDP.
- Create, maintain, and deploy virtual desktop images, ensuring optimized disk storage and session management for multiple concurrent users.

- Work closely with ISSO/ISSE teams to ensure systems meet ATO/accreditation standards through aggressive scanning, patching, and STIG compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

About the Role
Biz2Credit is launching a new small-business credit card, and we are hiring a Director Fraud Risk to build and scale the risk engine that powers the product. This role sits within the Risk organization and focuses on designing and executing the fraud and credit strategies required to safely grow a new card portfolio.
You will own fraud and credit risk strategy across the full lifecycle, partner with Data Science on model development, work with product and engineering to implement rules and logic, and collaborate with vendors who support fraud detection, identity verification, and credit decisioning. This is a hands-on, analytics-driven role for someone who has built or scaled card risk systems before.
Key Responsibilities
Fraud Risk Strategy & Analytics
- Develop and manage fraud strategies across the full credit card lifecycle: KYC, KYB, onboarding, transaction monitoring, disputes, and chargebacks
- Build and optimize fraud rules, signals, and decisioning logic
- Partner with Data Science to develop or enhance fraud models
- Monitor fraud KPIs, emerging patterns, and loss trends to adjust strategy
- Work with fraud vendors and platforms to implement rules, workflows, and detection capabilities
Credit Risk Strategy & Analytics
- Own credit line assignment, credit line increases (CLI), credit line decreases (CLD), and ongoing credit monitoring

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in credit card fraud risk, credit risk, risk analytics, or risk modeling
- Hands‑on experience with fraud lifecycle management: KYC, KYB, onboarding, transaction monitoring, disputes, chargebacks
- Experience with credit line strategy: limit assignment, CLI, CLD, and credit monitoring
- Strong analytics background; proficiency in SQL required, Python preferred

Compensation:

Overview
Pyramid Systems is seeking an Cloud Logging Engineer (Splunk & AWS) who is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities
- Advise on cost efficiency for future usage and cost optimization for current infrastructure.
- Automate the management and enforcement of policies.
- Create and maintain documentation related to architecture and operational processes for CLS (Centralized Logging Solution).
- Develop a set of best practices and architecture patterns.
- Help maintain regulatory compliance of the CLS (Centralized Logging Solution) infrastructure.
- Help monitor and maintain CLS performance, availability, and capacity.
- Help maintain application container images.
- Offer solutions for ingestion of logs to Splunk via cloud native solutions.
- Maintain all infrastructure as code.
- Provide operations monitoring of CLS platform to enable proactive issue identification, response, and resolution.
- Recommend and execute improvements to the existing CLS architecture and design with growth and scalability in mind to optimize performance, stability, reliability, and agility.
- Responsible for reporting on current infrastructure status, and planning for future usage.
- Responsible for Beats agent deployments and container infrastructure analysis, optimization, and capacity planning.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for configuration deployments to applications.
- Support large-scale deployments with data feeds from multiple on premise and cloud data centers.
- Upgrade, install, configure monitoring solution for AWS for Windows and Linux servers.
- Utilize automation tool such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS Cloud Formation, Azure Resource Manager, or similar.
- Participate in a rotating on call schedule and weekly off hours maintenance.
Qualifications
- Splunk certification required***
- Candidate background eligibility requirements are United States citizen or be a Permanent Resident and have lived in the United States for at least 3 years, clean criminal background and able to obtain a Public Trust (High-Risk) Position.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline OR AWS/Azure Certification (AWS Professional / Specialty Cert. OR Azure Expert / Advanced Cert.) OR 4 years of relevant experience in one of the VAECOT suite of tools (Science Logic, Dynatrace, Turbot, AppDynamics)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading technical teams to achieve objectives and outcomes.
Minimum of six (6) years setting up, configuring, and using AWS cloud operational tools to ensure service level agreements and performance targets are met, and continued compliance with policies, standards and guidelines.
Minimum of three (3) years specific to monitoring Centralized Logging Solution (CLS)/Splunk
Subject matter expertise with ALL VAEC Cloud Service Providers which currently includes Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with programming with Splunk language (SPL) or equivalent (e.g., Python, Powershell, AWS or Azure CLI).
One or more of these Splunk certifications: Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect, Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin, Splunk IT Service Intelligence Certified Admin.

Purpose
The IT Database Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting relational database platforms in both traditional data centers and Azure cloud environments. The role covers installation, configuration, performance tuning, high availability, backup and recovery, monitoring, and incident response for Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, with participation in an on-call rotation to support mission-critical workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL in data center and Azure environments (IaaS and/or PaaS as applicable).
- Perform day-to-day database administration, including user and role management, permissions, schema changes, and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor database health, performance, and capacity using native and third-party tools; define meaningful alerts and dashboards for proactive issue detection.
- Troubleshoot database incidents (performance issues, blocking/deadlocks, failed jobs, connectivity problems, resource constraints) and drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Design, implement, and maintain backup and recovery strategies (full/diff/log, PITR, snapshots, Azure backup options) and regularly test restore procedures.
- Implement and support high availability and disaster recovery configurations (e.g., SQL Server Always On, failover clustering, log shipping, MySQL/Postgres replication, Azure availability sets/zones).
- Optimize database performance through indexing strategies, query tuning, statistics management, and configuration tuning at both OS and database levels.
- Implement and enforce security controls (authentication, authorization, encryption at rest/in transit, auditing) aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Support application and development teams with database design, query optimization, and controlled deployment of schema changes across environments.
- Maintain detailed documentation including runbooks, standards, topology diagrams, data flows, and operational procedures for both on-prem and Azure deployments.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to after-hours incidents, and perform planned maintenance during maintenance windows.
- Automate routine tasks (provisioning, checks, patching, reporting) using scripts and tooling (e.g., T-SQL, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Azure CLI).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Database Engineer/DBA supporting MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL in production environments.
- Hands-on experience managing databases in traditional data centers (physical/virtual servers) and Azure (e.g., SQL Server on Azure VMs, Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar).
- Strong understanding of database internals: storage structures, indexing, transactions, isolation levels, and locking.
- Demonstrated skills in performance troubleshooting and tuning using execution plans, wait statistics, and monitoring metrics.
- Practical experience with HA/DR solutions and backup/restore strategies, including testing and documentation of failover/recovery procedures.
- Proficiency with scripting/automation for database operations and integration with operational tooling.
- Familiarity with networking, OS, and virtualization concepts relevant to database performance and connectivity (subnets, firewalls, load balancers, storage latency).
- Solid understanding of security best practices for databases.

- Experience with Azure-native monitoring and management tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Alerts, Managed Identities, Key Vault).
- Experience with CI/CD and database change automation, including schema versioning and deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to large-scale or high-volume databases, partitioning, and scaling strategies (vertical/horizontal).
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, GDPR) and data protection techniques (masking, tokenization).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
