What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
  • Skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems effectively
  • Familiarity with commercial property maintenance (preferred)
  • Basic technical skills (mobile devices, MS Office, reporting tools)
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Understanding safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA)
  • Relevant certifications/licenses and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and detail
