We are looking for an experienced solution consultant to help design, configure, activate and support the education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for our internal solution consultants that support the Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. A Sr. Knowledge Leader is an experienced solution consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to multiple solutions and the consultants that are supporting the program. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our customer's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the Learning Instructors to understand and manage the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Radiology, and/or Perioperative is strongly preferred

The IBM Consulting Learning and Knowledge (L&K) Americas Lead will be accountable for overall skills growth for our client-facing Consulting staff in the Americas and local execution of the global L&K strategy. - Experience with station service distribution (all voltages), medium voltage equipment, fixed bus power distribution systems, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) automation (for equipment control), generators and transformers including related monitoring systems, communication systems, system grounding, hoists and gate automation, and balance of plant systems for hydroelectric stations preferred, but industrial experience will be considered.

A world-renowned client is seeking a skilled junior engineer to provide multidisciplinary engineering consulting to internal and external stakeholders on facility repair and new construction projects, supporting all stages of design and construction. Stakeholders include Internal architects and space planners, ownersβ representatives, facility managers, end users, and third-party consultants.
Work involves engineering consulting and troubleshooting for existing buildings and systems, including recommending repairs and improvements and developing conceptual designs for the work. Position Summary:

This is a Principal level position. Positions at this level are assigned to perform the more complex and sensitive duties within air quality consulting. The employee in this position will be assigned to develop business, write proposals, train and mentor other employees, and/or monitor work produced by other employees.
The candidateβs experience and qualifications we are seeking include:
- 15-25+ years of work experience in the Air Quality and/or Environmental industry in an engineering role (preferably in a consulting environment);
- Experience in the environmental services industry focusing on leading Air Quality services:
- Process and equipment review;
- Air quality permitting under BAAQMD, SCAQMD, SJVAPCD and other Air Districts, including Title V Permitting;
- Annual Emissions Reporting;
- Air Dispersion Modeling;
- Air Quality Assessments including Data Analysis and Emission Inventories;
- General Air Quality Compliance for facilities in CA.
