We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician with a strong background in harness assembly to support the production and integration of electrical systems for our Aerospace client This role is hands-on and requires a deep understanding of electrical wiring, cable harness fabrication, and aerospace-grade standards.
Job Purpose:
- Harness Fabrication & Assembly β Build, route, and install electrical harnesses, ensuring proper terminations, crimping, and soldering according to aerospace standards.
- Wiring & Integration β Assist in the assembly and installation of electrical components, including connectors, circuit boards, and avionics systems.
- Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation β Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate builds.
- Testing & Troubleshooting β Perform continuity tests, insulation resistance checks, and troubleshooting to verify harness integrity.
- Quality Control & Compliance β Ensure all work meets industry and company quality standards, adhering to safety and aerospace regulations.
- Collaboration β Work closely with engineers and other technicians to support system integration and problem-solving efforts.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in electrical harness assembly, wiring, or related field
- Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and connector assembly
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Strong understanding of cable routing, strain relief, and aerospace/automotive wiring standards
- Hands-on experience using tools such as wire strippers, heat shrink tubing, and torque wrenches
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working in aerospace, aviation, or high-tech manufacturing
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or similar (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, continuity testers, etc.)

Position Overview
The Industrial Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business and expanding existing Industrial accounts within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with manufacturers by identifying production pain points, improving supply chain reliability, and increasing share of wallet.
This is a growth-driven, relationship-based sales role β not transactional counter sales.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Prospect and develop new accounts within target industries

About the Role
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating variety of machines to manufacture parts or products by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees in production departments, including training, motivation and discipline.
- Maintain a professional and respectful work environment, including maintaining confidentiality regarding supervisory and management matters.
- Mentor, lead and provide direction for employees.
- Recommends to plant management procedures, systems, equipment and machinery alterations to reduce costs, resolve problems, ensure product quality, reduce scrap and improve production efficiency.
- Initiates work orders for maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
- Audits hourly employeeβs timecards for accuracy to ensure correct charges against production assignments, and updates payroll electronic timecards.
- Administers and enforces company rules, regulations and policies.
- Ensures compliance of safety programs for personnel and machinery.
- Serves as Company representative in first step grievance proceedings as required by the Plant Manager and/or Human Resources Manager.
- Evaluates employeeβs overall performance, establishing goals and objectives for proper manufacturing techniques.

- Ensures that all reasonable measures are taken to control the handling and use of materials used in the production process, known to be toxic and/or hazardous.

Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent, Bachelorβs Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

- Must be able to understand various tags and labels used in the mill.
- Must be able to read and understand production schedule and production cards.
