Role Description

We are seeking a full-time a skilled Back End Developer to join our team on-site in Danvers, MA. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end architecture to support platform functionality. Responsibilities include implementing robust and scalable APIs, optimizing server-side logic, collaborating with front-end developers, and troubleshooting issues to continuously enhance performance. The developer will also ensure the quality and security of data handling and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Experience with Python and at least one systems level language (C, C++, Rust, etc.)
• Experience with Django or similar production scale backends
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development to facilitate collaboration with front-end teams
• Experience with Postgres or other relation databases with and without an ORM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record in delivering scalable and secure software solutions
• Have a passion for software development, clearly demonstrate real engagement with completed personal projects or contributions to open source.

Job Type: Contract

Settlements: Potential to earn 40K-100K+ dependent upon volume, location, and contract work accepted. Settlements process weekly.

Position

The Vendor Manager will be responsible for maintaining Lula's community of skilled trade vendors throughout the U.S. In this position candidates will be responsible for:

• Recruiting new vendors to join Lula's network
• Guide prospective vendors through Lula's onboarding and compliance process
• Manage ongoing relationships with vendors
• This role will require excellent client relationship and communication skills

What a typical day looks like:

• Contact maintenance contractors via phone (nationwide) to discuss Lula’s unique value proposition
• Use data on service provider accounts to distribute work to the most qualified pros and to identify opportunity areas within the markets you manage
• Educate service providers on how to engage with the consumers who are putting in service requests
• Effectively guide service providers through the vetting and onboarding process to become a Lula approved provider
• Maintain open lines of communication with providers including in-person, phone and e-mail correspondence

About the Organization

As we complete construction on a new, state-of-the-art facility, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (Independent Contractor) to lead our warehouse consolidation and transition project — moving operations, systems, and people into one optimized hub.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan: scope, timeline, milestones, and risk register.
• Coordinate with construction and facilities teams for readiness, utilities, racking, and compliance.
• Lead IT and systems migration (network, ERP/WMS configuration, testing).
• Oversee equipment and inventory transfer, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime.
• Redesign warehouse workflows for efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Lead change management: staff readiness, communications, and training.
• Report progress to the COO and cross-functional steering team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in warehouse, logistics, or facility transitions.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site consolidation projects or operational stand-ups.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), IT infrastructure, and food safety standards.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must qualify as an independent contractor under California AB5.
• Passion for community impact and hunger relief.
