In this role you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will also provide general support to the accounting team and to the business operations. How you'll contribute
A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role:

Responsibilities
- Represent business clients in state and federal courts across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on dispute avoidance, risk management, and litigation strategy.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive client service.
- Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives aligned with the firm’s strategic growth goals.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Virginia Bar membership (or eligibility for prompt admission).
- 7 or more years of experience in commercial litigation or related civil litigation practice.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- A practical, client-centered approach to problem-solving and litigation strategy.
