Title: Sales Development Representative - Medical Supply Inside Sales
Location: Washington DC - Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office | Wednesday work remote.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and starting conversations with new potential customers.

The Dealer Development Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the dealer network by maintaining accurate records, processing dealer requests, and assisting with programs that promote business development and customer satisfaction across the U.S. and Canada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records in KUHN’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) database through address verification, merge of duplicates, enter/upload of data.
- Warranty & Registrations: Monitor product registrations. Work with territory managers and dealers to ensure retailed machines are registered; review and clear verification flags, process requests for warranty card deletions (research and communicate actions to accounts receivable, credit, and sales support).

The Tech Temp Strength Training Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading safe, effective, and engaging fitness classes at the Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center. The instructor will work with a diverse community of students, staff, and members to provide high-quality fitness instruction in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Job Summary:
Manages a team of chemists/scientists/technicians and executes pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape prototype development, scale-up, and product launch in various applications. The group leader will focus on platform technology development, new product development for customer-driven projects, as well as continuous improvement and cost reduction of existing products and processes. Emphasis on acrylic polymer synthesis, silicone and rubber adhesive formulations, PSA rheology, knowledge of tape assemblies, backing material selection, and release liner familiarity. Works with customers and AR teams to collect design input and develop new product design strategies. Technical and laboratory lead in developing new adhesive solutions, robust products, and basic production processes that can be successfully commercialized.
Essential Functions:
- Establishes and directs research programs for new product development and product/process improvement of current products. Responsible for complex basic research and/or product development projects.
- Leads lab personnel and facilitates development of product constructions and processes; designs & conducts chemical experiments on both lab- and production-scale; designs and specifies production scale processes and contributes to product validation.
- Conducts and directs required laboratory work to develop new PSA and tape assemblies including polymerization, formulation, coating and testing. Develops new products that lead to sustainable commercial revenue.

Job Description
WHAT DOES A VP, GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR DO?
Provides senior-level leadership and guidance for the interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and/or brands managed by other Account Directors. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid-to senior-level relationships, providing additional opportunities and assessing risk associated with the client. Responsible for meeting the campaigns’ financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives for both the client and for EVERSANA INTOUCH. Leads the development of the integrated solutions offered from EVERSANA INTOUCH through research, analytical metrics and strategic insight.
The VP, Group Account Director works with our clients to plan, execute, manage and analyze their digital marketing campaigns, as well as drives new initiatives and ideas forward. This individual interacts with clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and is a key contributor for the client’s day-to-day issues and projects. The VP, Group Account Director works closely with each of the internal departments at EVERSANA INTOUCH including Project Management, Strategy, Business Systems Analysis, Creative, Analytics, Social Media, Design and Development. This role requires experience with managing projects, timelines, cost and tight deadlines.

Role:
The Group Account Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to develop effective communication and tactical plans. Has overall responsibility for Agency output. Ensure coordinated approach to promotional tactics. Recommend new and innovative approaches and directions to accomplish client’s marketing goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete working knowledge of assigned therapeutic category, product(s), and client marketing team goals
- Supervise and play active role in the planning and execution of product’s promotional activity – effectively plan product POAs, seeking supervisor’s input where appropriate
- Manage complex tactical projects with minimal supervision
- Effectively present the agency’s recommendations, points-of-view to clients
- Ensure that team members know, and follow, established agency account services procedures (account files, approval process, status reports, etc.)
- Maintain understanding of client needs and effectively communicate the needs to creative and other appropriate departments
- Conduct regular meetings with account group personnel to discuss client issues, opportunities, and work in progress
- Supervise and motivate account group personnel to ensure a high level of performance on behalf of clients
- Evaluate creative executions and provide constructive feedback to creative team
Client-related responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive client relationships with a focus on achieving client’s marketing goals
- Guide, advise, and assist account team in developing and presenting new business proposals
- Develop and maintain contact with appropriate client personnel to ensure that agency is aware of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client’s business structure
- Supervise and proactively take part in the development of advertising and promotion materials to ensure that they reflect current product objectives
- Promote the full breadth of agency services to client where appropriate; maintain a thorough understanding of agency resources and capabilities
- Maintain frequent communication with the client to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Coordinate new business pitches under direction of senior management
