The Sales Specialist 1 is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. This role focuses on driving sales performance through targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and achieving company KPIs while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction as measured by survey results. Additional responsibilities include maintaining showroom Visual Merchandising Standards to create an inviting and organized environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Complete all required training, maintain a strong focus on sales proficiency, and demonstrate ability to meet company expectations.
- Drive guest engagement using the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model, connect behaviors to sales outcomes, and support guest satisfaction goals.
- Assess daily results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
- Promote a positive store culture that delights guests and achieves revenue targets.
- Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and ensure completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with company asset protection standards.
- Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
- Utilize company tools effectively and adhere to operational processes.
- Able to work weekends and most holidays, lift furniture up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations and enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred. High volume experience is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: $15.50 - $20.15
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.

Purpose of RoleParticipate in the daily activities and operations of the Nashville Distribution House to help maintain Inventory Integrity. Perform multiple functions including all aspects of inventory tracking, reporting and movement. Responsible for lift truck operation, manual tasks and/or computer operations associated with all aspects of maintaining the accuracy of the inventory.
Your Impact- Cycle counting in both small bin areas and full case areas of the DH with Gladiator or RF Gun.
- Perform quality audits of outbound cartons. Correct errors and manually manifest cartons.
- Perform process audits on various operational departments and communicate error information to leadership.
- Utilize hand-held and laptop computers to accomplish all daily recording and processing functions.
- Use powered equipment to retrieve and place inventory and non-inventory in staging areas, trailers, pallet locations, and bulk racks.
- Resolving cycle count variances by manual research methods.
- All aspects of inventory movement tracking: creating, locating, and consuming.
- Unloading shipping trailers, checking in, stocking, and delivering of non-inventory supply units.
- Sort units to be repackaged and returned to stock. Sorting out the individual units to be manually returned to small goods bin locations.
- Relocating units in the pick module to allow for increased capacity.
- Scanning carton and unit dimensions into warehouse management system to determine proper tote, carton, and bin capacities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Inventory Specialists need problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; sweep, wiped down and trash collected.
- Other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position assists technical lab staff and may be responsible for the collection, receipt, and processing of biological specimens into the department, preparation of samples for analytical testing, and may perform waived and/or limited moderate complexity testing if CLIA minimum requirements are met or as approved by the CLIA Medical Director. This position reports to department leadership and takes direction from higher-level technical personnel.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. May process and prepare patient samples as required to include the following: 1) specimen collection, ensuring correct patient and specimen identification and specimen integrity 2) general laboratory specimen processing and 3) referral laboratory processing. May perform waived and moderate complexity testing under direct supervision while meeting performance standards and knowledge level determined for the approved testing. Demonstrates an understanding of the computer systems used in the department. Tracks and locates missing specimens while monitoring pending lists. Performs maintenance activities on laboratory equipment as directed. Demonstrates awareness and conforms with accrediting agency and regulatory requirements related to their area of responsibility.
2. Focuses on quality by ensuring that all work performed is accurate, complete and within the time frames defined by the department. Meets department standards for productivity and quality. May perform quality control for testing as directed by technical staff, basic troubleshooting and communicate technical concerns to technical staff. Participates in detecting and documenting occurrences that deviate from defined procedures. Follows established methods and practices and demonstrates basic problem-solving skills with QC, testing and computer issues and maintains acceptable specimen rejection rates, if applicable.
3. Participates in departmental financial responsibilities through the appropriate use of supplies and materials and assists with inventory management. Participates in department initiatives to reduce costs and improve service.
4. Performs miscellaneous support duties as defined by the department, which may include phlebotomy and training. May contribute to the updates of training documents and procedures.
5. Communicates courteously, professionally, effectively, and accurately with internal and external customers. Demonstrates skills for basic computer inquiry and problem solving, and use of communication equipment. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills. Promotes positive communications that enhance teamwork. Attendance and participation at staff meetings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent and must be 18 years or older if performing phlebotomy.
- Progression through career ladder II-IV is subject to completion of career ladder requirements.
- Position may require DHS Fingerprinting Certification or the ability to obtain fingerprint certification.
- Dependent on department/location, candidate must possess a valid state driver's license in the state of employment and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy.
- Phlebotomy/CLA certification as defined by state regulations.

About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate II to join our team at our Manzanita Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate II will provide support to the residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities as assigned by utilizing an approved evidenced-based group curriculum. Fairview Firs is a co-ed, 5-bed program serving adults living with a mental illness. The program includes an ADA-accessible unit and each resident has a private bedroom. There are community areas, kitchen/dining room areas, enclosed outdoor areas for residents to enjoy. Fairview Firs is a beautiful older home located in a grove of old growth timber on a large lot filled with lush landscaping.

About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate II to join our team at our McKenzie Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate II will provide support to the residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities as assigned by utilizing an approved evidenced-based group curriculum. They will provide limited treatment services and personal care supports for clients that help them develop appropriate skills to increase or maintain their level of functioning.
