Position Summary
The primary function of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies along with Federal and State regulations and delivers all freight undamaged. Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector focused on Video & Audio systems. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Pro AV products, directly contributing to our reputation for excellence. The QC Technician will work closely with the Engineering and Production Departments to verify product integrity and ensure adherence to specifications before release and shipment. A key responsibility of this role is the inspection of incoming raw materials using industry-standard tools. This is a hands-on position. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret basic engineering drawings for mechanical components and cable assemblies to verify compliance with specifications.
- Perform receiving inspection and/or product-level inspection to determine material conformance.
- Use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, microscopes, etc.) to verify dimensional and visual requirements.
- Perform inspection of electronic assemblies and cable assemblies for workmanship and labeling accuracy.
- Identify and document nonconforming material.
- Process nonconformance records in QT9, including data entry and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure proper material status identification.
- Communicate inspection findings to QC Manager and internal departments as required.
- Assist with sorting, rework verification, and containment activities when needed.
- Support organization and maintenance of inspection areas and documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies is a plus.
- Experience working within a documented quality system (ISO 9001 preferred).
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring equipment.
- Experience entering data into ERP or quality management systems is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined inspection habits.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions accurately.
- Comfortable inspecting small components and assemblies under magnification.
- Ability to stand, sit, and move between inspection stations for extended periods.

Salary Range

The TIG Welder at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for set up and welding of product. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.
Role Responsibilities:
- Performs set up and all position welding on a diversified line of standard and non-standard product according to print specifications. Materials may include steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Fit and position product weldments having several parts, using welding and welding fixtures and jigs where applicable.- Work from prints and routings.
- Statistical process control (SPC) data collection and use of graphs (TIG welding).
- Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
- Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities- As directed, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations pertaining to commodities.
- Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses.
- Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment. May include bulk and or packaged material.
- Control and monitor all load out functions.
- Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems.
- Conduct and properly record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks including but not limited to lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms. Inspect in-use equipment looking for seeps and leaks of process equipment.
- Monitor and maintain quality of inventory (may include blended, bulk or packaged product).
- Deliver products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed and others to customer sites.
- Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Conduct regular housekeeping duties such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping and cleaning up spills. Complete appropriate record keeping.
- Perform grounds maintenance including snow removal.
- Perform warehouse work including driving loader, loading/unloading inventory, forklift operation, and general maintenance.
- Promptly report any customer complaints, repair or maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certiification preferred

Position Summary
The primary function of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies along with Federal and State regulations and delivers all freight undamaged. Work as a team player to deliver, load/unload materials while providing a world class customer service experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation. Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites. Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you.
- Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Must report all accidents involving driver or company equipment. Stamina to lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload. Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid commercial drivers license (CDL).
- Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred
- Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position while driving a commercial vehicle 40% of the time.
- Must be able to lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for loading/unloading.
- Frequently moves materials weighing up to 80 lbs. while unloading flatbed. Will constantly move from unloading materials from commercial motor vehicle onto job site. Will constantly operate commercial motor vehicle and/or boom vehicle. Will constantly position self to unload materials from flatbed or boom.
- Must be able to judge distance while delivering materials and/or operating boom.
- Must be able to communicate with management and coworkers and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Essential Job Duties

- Receive and understand material movement orders and transport material to and from designated areas in the facility.

- Perform Standard Work BBS Observations and LTO Standard Work Gemba Walks.
- Mentor and train new/current employees on LTO tasks: Equipment, RF, Picking, Loading, etc.
- Ability train & certify employees on all powered industrial equipment in warehouse.
- Support CI initiatives as needed.
- Follow all safety and operating rules.
- Inventory: Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
- Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
