About the Opportunity

Medasource is seeking a Senior End User Engineer with deep Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience to support a large healthcare organization undergoing a cloud transformation from on-premises infrastructure to Azure.

This engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting the Azure Virtual Desktop environment, ensuring secure connectivity, optimal performance, and scalability for enterprise users. The ideal candidate has experience with AVD implementations, hybrid infrastructure environments, and enterprise virtual desktop solutions.

Experience supporting Epic environments and Nerdio Manager for AVD is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure
• Assist in migrating on-premises end user computing environments to Azure
• Configure and manage AVD host pools, session hosts, and FSLogix profile containers
• Support AVD image management, automation, and scaling
• Implement networking, security, and connectivity required for AVD
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure successful deployment
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize the virtual desktop experience
• Follow enterprise best practices for cloud infrastructure and end user computing

Required Qualifications

• Be a hands-on presence in the laboratory, supporting biophysical/ biochemical assay development and qualification using HPLC and CE (must have) for various modalities (preferably biologics). LC-MS (high-res) experience is also desirable.
• Provide routine analytical characterization & testing support to partner groups including Upstream and Downstream PD, Formulations, and Research & Early Development (RED).

Qualifications:

Job Description

Title: Graphic Artist

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce & Digital Production

• Make accurate, pixel-perfect adjustments to existing site graphics, including:
• Font updates and typographic consistency
• Image sizing, cropping, and alignment
• Spacing, layout, and scale refinements
• Prepare and optimize assets for ecommerce use across:
• Homepage modules
• Category pages
• Promotional banners
• Landing pages
• Ensure assets meet platform and device specifications (desktop, mobile, responsive).

Brand & Creative Execution

• Maintain brand consistency across all updates, following established brand guidelines.
• Work within existing creative direction and templates to execute quick-turn revisions.
• Apply feedback efficiently and accurately with minimal iteration.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver assets on tight timelines.
• Respond to urgent requests related to site updates, promotions, or launches.
• Manage multiple small tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, apparel, or consumer brands.
• Strong production design skills with an emphasis on digital and ecommerce assets.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Figma a plus).
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Pixel precision
• Digital image optimization
• Experience designing for responsive web and ecommerce platforms.
• Ability to follow brand standards and existing creative systems closely.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
