The Product Development Manager has a passion for fragrance and experience managing the R&D aspects of the product development process. This position will report to the Sr Manager, Product Development and will act as a project manager, liaising between fragrance houses, contract manufacturing fillers, and internal cross-functional partners to develop project timelines and milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution of product development initiatives.


This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.


Responsibilities:

  • Track progress, manage potential risks, and adjust strategies as needed to meet product development timelines for multiple projects on various brands at once
  • Coordinate with fragrance houses and contract manufacturing fillers to keep all stages of the product development process moving
  • Manage and track all incoming formulas, sending out necessary approvals or providing feedback where needed
  • Review tracking on all testing requirements (stability testing, AET testing, RIPT testing, etc) for the fragrance
  • Partner internally with Marketing, Quality Control, Operations, Regulatory and Packaging teams for updates to product development progress
  • Update and maintain product development database and oil chart for each fragrance developed
  • Responsible for overseeing and smelling oils, final formulas, and production batches
  • Support the greater product development team with various tasks

Education/Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in Product Development or R&D
  • Working experience within the beauty or CPG industries required
  • Experience working with contract manufacturing fillers, testing facilities, and fragrance houses is a plus

Hands-On Content Creation

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Brand Intern to support our Brand, Creative, and Events teams across a range of projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, scrappy, and excited to get involved in all areas of day-to-day brand operations. You’ll help bring creative ideas to life — from shoot prep to event support and everything in between.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the shipping and delivery of brand packages and samples to photographers, printers, and brand vendors

About the Job:

The Director, Digital Growth Marketing is responsible for the development and management of the company’s digital growth marketing strategy. This role is responsible for managing the in-house paid media team and leading key activities, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, marketplace advertising, SEO, and custom activations. A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Develops and executes paid marketing strategy across all digital media channels from concept to launch. Leads internal paid media team, handling tactical execution of media allocation and optimization.
  • Leads and manages all aspects of digital media, including SEO/SEM, affiliate, display re-targeting and acquisition, paid social and custom activations with media partners and platforms.
  • Manages and develops digital media team; sets and maintains clear, specific, measurable, actionable, reasonable and time-related goals for functional group and individual team members.

What it takes to Join:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain to lead all procurement, category management, and inventory strategy across the business.


This role is responsible for owning margin, availability, and vendor strategy across grocery and related categories. The ideal candidate brings deep grocery procurement experience, strong vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to build scalable systems and discipline as the company grows.


This is a hands-on leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on profitability and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Procurement & Category Management
  • Own purchasing strategy across all grocery and related categories, including dry goods, specialty imports, frozen, dairy, beverage, and private label.
  • Lead SKU rationalization, assortment planning, and category performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute category-level margin, pricing, and promotion strategies.


Vendor Management & Negotiation
  • Lead all vendor negotiations, including cost reductions, payment terms, freight, rebates, and promotional funding.

Qualifications


Required
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in grocery procurement, category management, or supply chain leadership.

  • Advanced Excel and ERP / inventory system proficiency.
