We’re hiring a B2B SaaS Account Executive to drive growth for our AI-powered solutions used by growing and enterprise businesses.

As an Account Executive at Commercient, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our AI automation and chatbot solutions, from prospecting and demos to closing complex B2B SaaS deals. You’ll work directly with customers to understand real business problems and translate cutting-edge AI—LLMs, intelligent automation, and ERP–CRM integrations—into practical, high-impact outcomes. THE COMPANY

Harnham is partnering with an innovative health-tech startup building patient-focused agentic AI, multimodal computer vision and LLM applications to advance capabilities in medical claims and medical imaging in hospitals. THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for computer vision and multimodal model research, building and development for the company's agentic AI product across imaging centers and hospitals
• You will report directly to senior leadership and work closely on technical direction

Role Summary

As the on-site catalyst who turns AI ideas into working reality. Partnering with each project’s AI Champion (Project Manager or Superintendent), you’ll uncover pain points, redesign workflows, and deploy AI agents that cut down reporting, accelerate RFIs, simplify lookahead planning, progress updates, materials tracking, and more. When needed, you will develop user stories and coordinate development with the central AI Studio. Responsibilities

• Workflow discovery and redesign: Lead Lean/Six Sigma workshops; map value streams; log high-impact AI agent opportunities that improve field efficiency.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Technology. Four additional years of related experience beyond minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• 8 years of audit, financial, insurance, banking, information technology or related business and/or leadership experience.
• Experience performing internal audits, external audits, or applying audit, risk, or compliance acumen in a complex operational and regulatory environment.
• Broad and comprehensive experience in Audit theory, internal audit principles with demonstrated experience in audit examining, analyzing, assessing, and drawing conclusions from audit work.
• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating and challenging Controls with business partners and influencing business outcomes.
• Understanding of risks and internal controls and the ability to evaluate and determine adequacy and efficiency of controls.
• Experience in a support role, mentoring, and providing feedback to audit team members throughout the audit.
• Experience in overseeing work with both internal and external partners in a highly collaborative environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques and decision-making abilities.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $143,320 - $273,930

The AI/ML Serving Platform team provides foundational tools and infrastructure used by hundreds of AI/ML engineers across Pinterest, including recommendations, ads, visual search, growth/notifications, trust and safety. • Ultra-high-performance C++ model inference engine for production recommendations and content ranking systems. TorchScript + CUDA Graph models on GPU inference, serving 500+M inferences/second.
  
• Production GenAI & LLM model inference stack for emerging use cases.
