This technology engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, supportability, and continuous improvement of key infrastructure monitoring and management platforms, with primary ownership focus on tools such as SolarWinds, Azure Sentinel. This role requires a developer mindset. This person will also be providing operations systems administration support for hands on Linux and Windows systems. This role partners closely with internal teams across operations, monitoring, and security to strengthen platform health, improve signal quality, and enable effective incident response workflows. The engineer will support a hybrid environment with strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure monitoring and logging, contribute to platform lifecycle activities (patching, upgrades, onboarding, documentation), and continuously learn and apply modern capabilities— including analytics and emerging AI features—across event management, observability, and SIEM tooling to reduce operational friction and increase time to value

Responsibilities

Platform Ownership

Network & Monitoring Tools (must have)

Familiar with tools such as SolarWinds (including NetPath). As a platform owner, ensure platform stability, upgrades, patching, and day to day support.

Has knowledge about network centric monitoring capabilities including SNMP polling, traps, and device visibility etc. Ensure new sites and devices are properly onboarded

Partner with platform and cloud teams to ensure migrated workloads meet monitoring standards. Systems Administration (must have)

Provide sysadmin support for Linux and Windows servers, including:

• Manage all aspects of the spa’s operations: including sales, customer service, employee relations, administrative tasks and all expectations in alignment with our policy and procedures.
• Champion our core values and build and maintain relationships with clients, staff and the community.
• Own the full inventory lifecycle to ensure precise inventory management and proper supply budgeting and availability.
• Devise strategic business plans by analyzing sales results with the goal of meeting and exceeding our goals.
• Collaborate with corporate cross-functional partners (marketing, human resources, sales, operations, etc.) to continuously provide staff and client feedback to grow our business.
• Address all client feedback, escalating to all regional and executive leadership, as necessary.
• Stay curious and continuously provide feedback on improvement of process, procedures, and policies that will allow us to continue to grow.

OTHER DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• This position is in-person at one of our Med Spas, and requires an on-site presence 5 days a week. Full time, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Salary + bonus incentives.
• Must be available to work when our locations are open (including some nights, weekends and Federal holidays).

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of front-end engineering experience, including significant production experience with React

• Experience implementing enterprise UI design systems such as Material UI or similar frameworks
• Working knowledge of Node.js, including development of shared packages or internal libraries
• Hands-on experience implementing automated front-end testing strategies
• Strong understanding of modern build tooling, module bundling, tree shaking, and performance optimization techniques
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar tools
• Proven ability to improve application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and bundle optimization
• Experience integrating RESTful services and/or GraphQL APIs with efficient data handling strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management practices for front-end deployments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex client-side environments
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, design, backend engineering, and business teams
