GENERAL SUMMARY

• In conjunction with the leadership team develops, evaluates and implements clinical programs that creates competitive and clinically appropriate patient access
• Represents oncology service line to the community, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to ensure seamless access to services, robust patient education and innovative screening programs
• Acts as admitting, attending and/or consulting physician for patients who require hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses, depending on needs of patients, medical staff and hospital
• Ensure delivery of care and services meet regulatory, practice and accreditation standards
• Provide medical expertise in matters involving capital/strategic planning, space modifications, infection control, policies and procedures, safety, and emergency preparedness
• Identifies and promotes areas to improve patient safety, corrects inappropriate and or inadequate medical care and takes overall ownership to resolve conflicting patient care decision making

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Development Associate role based in Bingham Farms, MI. The Development Associate will be involved in supporting housing development projects by conducting research, helping prepare financial and analytical reports, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also includes preparing and submitting project applications, liaising with project teams, and ensuring timely completion of assignments aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include

• providing financial analysis and underwriting of various real estate projects
• effectively researching real estate entitlement information, rental and sale comparables, market data, property ownership, planning documents, and funding applications and requirements
• assisting in the assembly of funding applications
• evaluating property financial income and expense, project costs, financing, and cash flows
• assisting with project construction management and portfolio management
• maintaining and updating reports
• arranging and conducting meetings with various partners as needed
• assisting with due diligence needed to meet requirements of various lenders, syndicators, municipalities and others as needed
• maintaining records, gathering data, preparing reports and correspondence related to the work
• conducting research related to the work to assist the organization with best practices and keeping up with market trends
• assisting with project acquisition activities and feasibility assessments
• assisting in the creation of specialized documents for presentations to municipalities, potential funders, partner organizations, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word).
• Previous experience in underwriting multifamily housing and/or commercial transactions is preferred.
• Previous experience working with federal, state, and local affordable housing programs is preferred.
• Experience in grant writing is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and initiative; desire to work in an entrepreneurial, team-based environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in an on-site setting.
• Experience or knowledge in affordable housing development or non-profit sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Urban Planning, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or a similar discipline preferred.

What you will do in this role:

• You will perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure. You will conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
• You will administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
• You will assist with placement of artificial airways. You will initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
• You will monitor patient for therapeutic response. You will notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response.
• You will assist with transportation of ventilator-dependent patients.
• You will respond to emergent patient situations and ensure airway integrity and adequate ventilation during resuscitation as required.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• RRT w/NBRC
• RCP license certified by TX
