Health Systems seeks a BE/BC Psychiatrist to cover Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities, as well as telehealth in Orlando, FL. Mon-Fri schedule with daily visits to numerous ALFs and SNFs in the Orlando area. The provider will go to each at least once per month, depending on census, to each site. Can compliment this with telehealth, if desired.
Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrists considered. Position requires a medical degree, Florida physician license, and completion of a 4-year psychiatric residency. Provide psychiatric medical care to patients suffering from various mental illnesses and diseases. Examine patients, conduct/order diagnostic tests, analyze the results, make diagnoses, and prescribe and implement various medications and other treatment therapies.

This position requires assertive clinical acumen and communication skills for serving in the liaison roles with medical staff, nursing, and patients and families.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in the State of Texas, BSN preferred. National certification (e.g. CCRN, RNC, CEN, CNOR, OCN, ANCC, CAN, CPAN, CFRN, etc.) in related field is preferred. Three years recent, full-time hospital experience preferred. Work experience in case management, utilization review or hospital quality assurance experience is preferred. Must complete a Clinical Documentation Improvement Course within specified time of hire date.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas to practice as a registered nurse is required. National certification in related field is preferred. Case Manager Certification (CCM or ANCC) is highly desirable.

Summary: Works closely with contract Pullet or Breeder producers to produce the maximum number of hatching eggs at the lowest possible cost to ship to Bachoco USA Farms Hatcheries and to monitor and maintain quality bird health.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains an open and working relationship with contract producers.
- Weighs birds according to schedule.
- Administers vaccine on schedule.
- Draws blood according to state and federal programs.
- Monitors farm conditions.
- Monitors bird health.
- Orders feed on a weekly basis.
- Reports farm issues to Pullet or Breeder Manager as needed.
- Makes feed decisions to increase or decrease based on production and weight standards.
- Works closely with hatcheries on the hatchability for each house.
- Qualifies for the company driver program.
- Other duties may be assigned according to program changes, weather conditions, or service area changes.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises the Breeder Contract Producers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
