Key Responsibilities


X86 Server Support & Service Execution

  • Deliver L2–L3 technical support for X86 server platforms across OEMs such as HPE, Dell/EMC, IBM/Lenovo, Supermicro and others.
  • Maintain and expand Evernex’s supported X86 server product list.
  • Support the transition of outsourced service activity to internal Evernex capabilities where appropriate.
  • Assist in evaluating and onboarding backend support partners and field delivery partners.
  • Take part in the engineering standby/on‑call rotation in the future.


Advanced Technical Support

  • Handle escalated technical issues involving X86 server hardware from diagnosis through resolution.
  • Serve as a highly skilled resource for troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
  • Provide knowledge sharing and situational guidance to other technical team members when appropriate.
  • Support sales engineering requests when assigned.
  • Maintain lab environment for diagnostics, testing, training, and validation activities.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to hardware service delivery.


Client Satisfaction & Service Excellence

  • Support SLA achievement and response-time targets.
  • Deliver reliable, consistent service to strengthen customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Two-year degree or 3+ years of relevant hardware, field service, or enterprise technical support experience with multi‑OEM exposure. Preferred Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of progressive enterprise hardware support experience
  • 3+ years supporting X86 server hardware in field service, enterprise operations, or OEM/TPM environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple OEM platforms (HPE, IBM/Lenovo, Dell/EMC, etc.).
  • OEM or TPM field support experience and/or remote technical support experience for X86 server or storage environments.
  • Ability and willingness to learn additional products outside current skillset, including participation in structured training programs.
  • Strong diagnostic and root‑cause analysis skills for X86 server hardware.

  • Performs strategic system maintenance, including but not limited to, patching and firmware upgrades in high availability OT infrastructure to minimize downtime.
  • Performs detailed resolution writeups in ticketing systems like ZenDesk, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Readily available to support clients and controls engineers with issues related to industrial networks, SCADA software and industrial data centers.
  • Able to be resourceful to troubleshoot and resolve problems with SCADA software and Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Able to quickly spin up development systems for proof of concept/testing.
  • Understands PLC/HMI, SCADA, VFD and instrumentation functions and assist clients and controls engineer with troubleshooting.
  • Works with subcontractors (electrical and telecommunication contractors) on projects including oversight of installation related to network infrastructure.
  • Stays current with the latest OT/ICS cybersecurity threats, technologies and solutions.
  • Proactively assists the Cyber Team in developing best practices to streamline the deployment of industrial network solutions including maintaining internal documentation and lab deployments.
  • Drafting of networks layouts, OT/ICS infrastructure layouts, etc.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Manages OT/ICS infrastructure projects up to $250k.
  • Interacts with and manages customer expectations.
  • Other functions as required by the project or team.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Cisco CCNA.
  • 1 year experience working with virtualize environment utilizing VMware/Promox/Microsoft Hyper-V/Nutanix.
  • 2 years of experience configuring enterprise and/or industrial networks.
  • 3 years of controls engineering experience programming, integrating and commissioning PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, information technology or cybersecurity.
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects and project elements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.


Preferred Qualifications (some of the following)

  • Engineer-in-Training certificate or Professional Engineer license.
  • VMware VCP-CDV certificate.
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook as well as experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience configuring, deploying and administering the following Rockwell Automation software packages: RSLogix5, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000, Studio5000, FactoryTalk View SE, FactoryTalk View ME, RSView32, FactoryTalk Batch, FactoryTalk Historian SE, FactoryTalk VantagePoint, PlantPAx, and FactoryTalk AssetCentre.
  • Experience configuring, deploying and administering WonderWare System Platform components.
  • Experience configuring, deploying and administering Ignition and/or Sepasoft.
  • Experience troubleshooting the following networking protocols: EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus RTU, Profibus PA, Profibus DP, Remote I/O (RIO), and Data Highway Plus (DH+).
  • Experience configuring and deploying virtualization utilizing VMware ESXi, vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V or Proxmox for manufacturing systems.
  • Experience configuring, deploying and administering IT/OT Infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, SMTP Relay Servers, Backup Solutions, Certificate Services, etc.
  • Experience conducting network vulnerability assessments in OT infrastructure.
  • Experience configuring, deploying and administering Cisco/Dell/Fortinet network hardware configuration. Command Line Interface experience is most beneficial.

Waterpark Maintenance Director

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Maintenance Director. In this role, you’ll oversee the water park maintenance operations, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives for ride maintenance, ride checks, repairs, costs, guest service satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for guests by overseeing the maintenance of all water park attractions and facilities. You will directly support a seamless and enjoyable experience for both guests and associates by minimizing downtime and maintaining the highest safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute routine preventive maintenance schedules for all waterpark equipment, rides, filtration systems, pumps, and water features to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and ensuring efficient work processes.
  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure proper inventory of parts and supplies, making cost-effective decisions.


What We’re Looking For

  • We do require that you have a background consisting of a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel/resort, waterpark, theme park, construction, or related field; or 2 years’ experience in management of a large maintenance staff covering multiple shifts and facilities.
  • Have knowledge of water park rides and daily operations for a waterpark or leisure/vacation venue.
  • Have knowledge of ride maintenance schedules and repairs.
  • Certified pool operator certification required.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning/heating systems, plumbing, building and all facility maintenance and management.
