Position Summary

The Medical Director oversees all medical and clinical operations at BMI, Inc., ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and innovation. This role is responsible for the organization's medical management strategy, providing clinical insight in areas such as utilization management, case management, provider network, contracting, pharmacy, and service operations (claims). The Medical Director also collaborates with stakeholders to optimize clinical effectiveness and integrate medical advancements into the organization's healthcare offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Operations & Compliance

• Initiate and oversee the development and execution of an annual plan for medical management, ensuring alignment with the mission and goals of the Plan, financial resources, and government contract requirements with the Department of Defense.
• Establish and execute utilization management policies and work plans with the Plan's key stakeholders to achieve medical management strategies.
• Establish and implement population health initiatives, including disease management programs, health risk screening, preventive health activities, and specialized case management.

Leadership

• Participate in the Quality of Care Committee.
• Provide strategic leadership in medical policy, care coordination, and quality assurance.
• Manage and lead the clinical team.
• Partner with Human Resources to oversee hiring, training, and performance management of department employees.

Clinical Quality & Management

• Initiate and oversee the development and execution of an annual clinical quality management plan to achieve optimal health outcomes and exceptional service.
• Establish and oversee implementation within USFHP of quantitative outcome measures that meet HEDIS requirements and validate Plan performance.
• Track utilization trends and work with the Plan leadership team to identify outliers that may require focused review.
• Establish and execute utilization management policies with key stakeholders to achieve the medical management strategies for self-insured products.

Pharmacy & Cost Management

• Collaborate with the Chief Pharmacy Officer in developing policies and strategies for the cost-effective delivery of pharmacy benefits.
• Oversee medication management initiatives to improve prescription drug therapy and cost efficiency.

Stakeholder & External Relations

• Participate as the USFHP, Brighton Marine, physician representative in all national forums and workgroups related to medical and quality management for the US Family Health Plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, payers, and government agencies.
• Represent BMI in professional and regulatory forums.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership, managed care, and healthcare administration.

Site EHS Lead - Rio Rancho (NM)

The Site EHS Lead will serve as the primary Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) expert for the Rio Rancho, New Mexico facility, which will support solid rocket motor manufacturing, integration, and test activities. This role will have full ownership of site-level EHS operations and will play a critical role in facility startup, commissioning, and ramp-up to steady-state operations in a fast-paced, high-hazard manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of manufacturing and test processes while driving continuous improvement in EHS performance. This position requires a strong understanding of process safety management, hazard analysis, regulatory compliance, and industrial safety best practices applicable to energetics-related operations.

As an integral part of the team, the Site EHS Lead will work closely with operations, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders to implement and enforce EHS programs, conduct risk assessments, and support compliance initiatives that protect employees, the environment, and mission-critical operations. Responsibilities

Job Title: Quality Control Regional Manager - GM

Note: This operation runs 24/7, and individual schedules are determined by volume and client needs. Weekend availability is required and the facility is only closed three days each year.

Summary: The Regional Quality Assurance Manager will help develop, organize, and supervise applications of comprehensive quality and food safety programs. The Regional QA Manager will also formulate quality policies and programs and provide guidance and feedback to all Kitchen operations. • Lead local warehouse and kitchen HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense Teams.

The Bike Shop in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Fabrication Lead Tech who will work in the mechanical fabrication shop, executing a variety of mechanical fabrication efforts at an exceptional quality level, while collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced, integrated team environment. The position interacts daily with fellow support technicians and engineers, to successfully meet the prototype and test manufacturing needs of our internal and external engineering customers.
 
 
Responsibilities to Anticipate:  

• Quick-turn machining of critical prototype, aerospace parts and test assemblies from metal and non-metal materials utilizing precision manual mills and lathes

• Use of general machine shop tools and support equipment including the use of typical dimensional measuring tools

• Work with basic sketches and, underdeveloped drawing packages as well as model renderings

• Responsible for all aspects of fabrication including part/machine setup, safe equipment operation, part inspection, managing their workload, supporting customers’ schedules, delegating, and coordinating work when required

• Work in a multi-program-controlled area.

• Report to the Mechanical Prototyping and Fabrication Section Lead within the Engineering Prototyping and Fabrication department (the Bike Shop)
   
   
  The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance  
   
   
  Qualifications You Must Have:

• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience independently operating manual mills and lathes.

• Eight (8) or more years of interpreting mechanical blueprints / technical drawings with the ability to machine one-of-a-kind quality, in-tolerance parts per drawing specifications.

• Ability to inspect machined parts using standard precision measuring instruments to ensure tolerances are met.

• A strong working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) 
   
   
  Qualifications We Value:

• AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training such as: machining/fabrication technical education or apprenticeship).

• Basic experience in the development and manipulation of computer-generated 3D models in Creo, or similar CAD system

• Knowledgeable in the setup/operation of manual CMM’s

• Competent computer skills – Windows, MS Office products

• Previous working experience with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and/or conversational programming, setup and operation

• CAM Software: Mastercam or similar is a plus

Summary

Plan, coordinate, and direct the Universal Avionics Repair Station Quality for Service and Reliability activities designed to ensure Quality and Service of products consistent with established standards. This role will also be responsible for and has authority over all Repair station operations that are conducted under Part 145, including ensuring that Repair station personnel follow the regulations and serving as the primary contact with the FAA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

1. Regulatory Compliance & Avionics Quality Oversight:

• FAA Accountable Manager for the Universal Avionics Repair Station.
• Maintain compliance with the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program by completing all required program activities.
• Oversee and sustain certification approvals issued by global aviation agencies, including the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (UK‑CAA).
• Maintain certification approvals from Coordinating Agency for Supplier Evaluation (CASE) and aviation operational customers.
• Manage the ongoing update and compliance activities for Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM) and Safety Management Systems manuals.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive evaluation reports (findings, statistical analysis, root‑cause analysis, and Service Bulletin reviews) to the Certification team for FAA‑reportable events.
• Manage updates, validation, and maintenance of the UA product line Capability List.

2. Quality Management:

• Develop and uphold departmental objectives that align with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintain procedural documents within the BMS, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Forms.
• Manage Repair Station inspectors engaged in quality assurance activities.
• Actively contributes to quality management teams and provides clear, well‑structured technical and program updates to leadership.
• Keeps management informed of significant quality issues, trends, and developments, along with the corrective actions underway to address them.

3. Training:

Design and implement quality assurance training programs approved by the FAA.

4. Internal, Regulatory and External audits:

• Serve as the company representative during FAA, EASA, UK‑CAA, and customer audits and provides support for AS9100 external audit activities.
• Manage internal processes to prepare for and support internal and external audits.
• Responsible for supporting, managing, or implementing internal and external corrective actions.
• Maintains approval certifications from AS9100 international Quality Management System (QMS) standard for the aviation, space, and defense (AS&D) industry.

5. Engineering, Customer & OEM Coordination:

• Supports sustaining engineering efforts by partnering with Engineering to incorporate in‑service feedback into product design.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality issues and respond to customer inquiries related to quality and reliability.
• Serve as Repair Station Quality focal for OEM customers and Program Management.
• Partner with Customer Service to manage warranty issues, complaints, and reliability trends.
• Present MTBF metrics, reliability performance, and audit results to leadership and key customers.
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.

6. Other:

• Serve on the Safety Committee to support the resolution of safety incidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Ensure precision measurement tools meet Calibration standards, maintain regulatory compliance, manage calibration records, and oversee tool accuracy to support airworthiness.
• Oversee the scrap program for top‑level units, parts, and materials, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and efficient logistics processes.
• Determine product acceptance and vendor continuation based on evaluation of their quality management systems and performance.
• Qualify new subcontractors for the Repair Station in partnership with the Supplier Quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable government and industry quality assurance codes, standards, and best practices.
