Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Installation Coordinator.
Responsibilities- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand the customer requirements
- Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information and product availability
- Contact customer for scheduling of events: pre-site, delivery and installation
- Update Installation Calendar with pertinent job condition
- Track and record number of installations by product type
- Receive pre-site notes, exit checklist, change orders, pictures and invoices for storage, and processing customer advocacy; Provide formal and final pricing to customer for services requested; Point of contact for questions, concerns, and/or complaints
- Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments
- Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to apply expert level product and installation knowledge
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with both internal and external customers
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.39

Position Summary:
Plan, direct, and coordinate residential fence sales to solve customer needs. Provide unparalleled customer service to new and existing clients. Ensure customer needs are met on a timely basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as contact for customers seeking residential fence installation.
Meet with customers on-site to best determine:
Fence Layout
Site Access
Digging Conditions
Any other pertinent information regarding the potential fence installation at this location
Prepare estimates, insuring timeliness, accuracy and fairness.
Determine material needs for projects. If not available in current inventory, request Purchasing Manager to order material.
Verify materials are staged for projects and ready for installation.
Coordinate installation of all residential projects with scheduling manager and installation crews.
Follow up on estimates and leads for all residential sales.
Identify and report improvement opportunities in every aspect of the division.
Attend department meetings to maintain communication with all members of the team.
Remain in constant communication with leadership to monitor sales progress and new opportunities.
Other responsibilities as directed or assigned.
Position Specifications:
* Minimum Education - bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
* Sales Experience - At least 2-5 years of industry or related experience preferred.

Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and other structural and system components, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures.
Functional test and correct, fit form and function of assemblies and components.
1.
Obtain required information from prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronic information.
2.
Use shop mathematics and precision measuring and or test instruments to complete work assignments and functional test assemblies andcomponents.
3.
Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies or end items.
4.
Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets process and/or engineering specification.
Identify discrepancies found per applicable procedure.
5.
Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
6.
Perform routine minor machine maintenance as part of their daily work duties (e.g., where applicable, replacing machine filters, changing standard light bulbs on machines and equipment, maintaining lubrication/coolant levels, etc.

The Negotiator, Video Partnerships role is responsible for negotiating, placing and maintaining National video buys on behalf of our clients. * Assist in preparing deck slides for client buy presentations

Instructional Video Producer
Location: Bellevue, WA - Hybrid 3x per week onsite, 2x per week remote

The Role
- We are looking for a versatile Instructional Video Producer who can bridge the gap between high-end digital media and effective adult learning. In this role, you won’t just be "making videos"—you will be designing innovative learning experiences.
- The ideal candidate is a "one-person crew" capable of handling everything from high-level instructional design and storyboarding to professional lighting, sound, and advanced post-production. You will be the creative engine that brings complex business concepts to life for a diverse workforce.
A Typical Day
- Morning: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into engaging scripts and storyboards.
- Mid-day: Set up a professional studio or on-location set, managing lighting, microphones, and camera configurations.
- Afternoon: Direct "talent"—ranging from entry-level employees to senior executives—ensuring they feel comfortable and professional on camera.
- Post-Production: Dive into the edit suite to sync audio, apply color correction, and build custom motion graphics in After Effects.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Strategy: Apply adult learning principles to ensure all video content aligns with specific business goals and performance outcomes.
- Full-Cycle Production: Manage the entire video lifecycle: pre-production (scouting/casting), production (cinematography/lighting), and post-production (editing/audio mixing).
- Motion Graphics: Enhance videos with professional-grade animations and visual effects to clarify complex ideas.
- AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge tools (e.g., Synthesia, Azure, or equivalents) to produce avatar-based content and high-quality AI voiceovers.
- Stakeholder Management: Guide novice "actors" and high-level leadership through the filming process with patience and clear direction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or professional Video Production.
- Portfolio: A strong reel or portfolio demonstrating diverse projects, including live-action, motion graphics, and educational/corporate content.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. (Familiarity with Cinema 4D is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of studio lighting, field audio recording, and professional camera operation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film/Video Production, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a corporate L&D environment.
- Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or Camtasia.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline workflows.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority timelines simultaneously.

Scope of Position:
• A mechanical engineer responsible for leading and providing hands-on mechanical support for the installation, start-up and debug of high-cable manufacturing process equipment. This includes working with a multi-functional team (mechanical, electrical, controls, facilities, IT, operations, etc.)
• Involves the application of mechanical principles encompassed in mechanics, hydraulics, thermodynamics, metallurgy, and machine design used for the design, production, operation, and use machinery of all types.
Requirements:
• Experience with high-speed cable manufacturing equipment is a plus but not required (jacketing, ribbon stranding, buffering)
• Experience with mechanical equipment design, install, start-up and debug in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
- Install and design heating and cooling equipment and systems for residential and commercial clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment
- Utilize a company-supplied iPad to document installations and complete work orders accurately
- Collect payment for services rendered when required
- Address and follow up on any equipment issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Submit all required paperwork to the office, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Maintain minimum required stock on the company vehicle for installations
- Recommend and sell equipment, service agreements, and accessories when appropriate for the customer
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in HVAC installation (preferred)
- EPA Type II Certification (preferred)
- Valid NY Drivers License
- Ability to work effectively in both residential and commercial environments
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service

Compensation
$21.00 $35.00 per hour, based on experience and performance. Additional earning potential through commission, bonuses, and tips.
