Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Project Manager to support the Bloom Active Nutrition brand in our Austin office. This role is crucial in helping execute high-impact print marketing initiatives that bring our brand to life across retail shelves, launch kits, events, influencer mailers, and more.
You’ll report to the Director of Creative Operations and work closely with creative, marketing, and operations to manage timelines, deliverables, and execution across campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

What will I be doing?
As the in-store Operations Support colleague, you will support the Store Manager and the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Lead with store operational and EHS task. · The Marketing and Communications Associate serves the primary function of overseeing all digital communication channels for the venue.
· Supporting the Director of Marketing and Communications in their efforts to realize sales targets by being responsive to changes in expectations and workflow is key for the person in this role.
· Also, the Marketing and Communications Associate represents the Colonial by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries via social media platforms.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
· A successful applicant will have a basic understanding of marketing campaign workflows, content management, and experience using digital and social media platforms to market a brand.
· As multiple campaigns run simultaneously, the ability to be adaptable and multi-task are critical.
· Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and graphic design/video editing software a plus.

Title: DTC (Direct-to-Consumer)/eCommerce Supervisor
Salary: $70k-80k
Duration: PERM
Location: Perris, CA (onsite 5 days a week)
Job Summary
The DTC Supervisor oversees all direct-to-consumer order fulfillment, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost-effective processing of eCommerce orders across multiple platforms and carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily DTC order flow (pick, pack, ship)
- Oversee SLA compliance for same-day and next-day shipping
- Optimize picking methods (batch, wave, zone)
- Manage packaging standards, branding inserts, and kitting
- Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
- Handle escalations related to lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
- Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, on-time ship rate, cost per order
- Lead and train DTC fulfillment staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years DTC or eCommerce fulfillment experience
- Experience working with WMS, shipping software, and marketplaces
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in a 3PL environment preferred
