The purpose of a Dentist is to provide patients with exceptional dental care and to remove barriers to a patient’s ability to maintain a healthy smile.
Dentists are responsible for the treatment of problems associated with the teeth and surrounding tissues in the mouth. Dentists also provide education and administer care to assist in preventing future dental problems. Instruction may be provided on brushing, flossing, diet, the use of fluorides and all other aspects related to dental care. Other responsibilities of dentists may include: Providing exams, reviewing radiographs, treatment planning, restoring teeth, extracting teeth, fabrication of fixed and removable prosthesis, root canal treatments, and treatment of periodontal disease. A dentist may also write prescriptions and administer anesthetics.
- Conduct routine exams for patients to assess their dental condition and diagnose possible issues.
- Utilize dental equipment in the evaluation and treatment of patients.

About This Role
This isn't a traditional engineering role where you'll receive detailed specifications and build to order. We're looking for someone who digs into problems firsthand—someone who asks "why" until they truly understand what's broken, then builds the solution themselves.

What You'll Do
You'll use AI tools—particularly Claude Code and the Claude platform—to build solutions that solve real problems in mortgage lending. Not proofs of concept. Real tools that people use every day.
Examples of problems you might tackle:
- Loan conditions arrive from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and FHA in different formats. Loan officers spend hours reconciling them. Build something that consolidates and deduplicates them automatically.
- Underwriters spend significant time on tasks that could be automated, but "that's how it's always been done." Identify which tasks, understand why, and build the automation.
- Compliance requirements evolve constantly. Build systems that can adapt without requiring lengthy development cycles.
You won't always be handed a clear spec. You'll often be handed a problem—sometimes a vague one—and expected to dig in until you understand it well enough to solve it.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- You can build working software. You don't need a team of engineers to ship something useful. Claude Code, Python, JavaScript, APIs—you're comfortable getting hands-on.

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for the direction, assignment, and coordination of Turbine Floor Outage Execution to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Enforce at all times procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Effectively direct turbine floor personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules.
- Participate in various aspects of work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings involving online and refuel outage activities, to ensure that work is properly assigned, planned and ready to execute.
- Effectively communicate and address CEC and personnel issues to the appropriate levels of Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and CEC management. Foster open communications and collaboration between all organizations internal and external to OS&A.
- Oversee project activities of multidisciplinary team regarding turbine generator disassembly and reassembly, coordination of turbine deck lay-down, mobilization of equipment and tooling as well as interfacing with management and specific contract personnel. Satisfy contractual obligations, meet project milestones, and optimize short-term and long-term company profit by effectively managing and facilitating resources.
- Understand, support, and administer all OS&A processes, such as the training program, surveillance program, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP) to ensure effective work practices. Identify and support improvement opportunities and development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all Business Goals and objectives.

Strategic Partnership, Commercial Awareness & Business Savvy
* Serve as a creative partner to Marketing, Franchise, Product, Retail, and Commercial teams.
* Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and business acumen, understanding how creative decisions impact timelines, partners, costs, and market performance.
* Build effective working relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and collaboration.
* Bring pragmatic judgment that balances creative ambition with business realities.
Presentation, Pitching & Representation
* Pitch, present, and sell creative ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders, cross‑functional partners, and external collaborators.
* Create compelling decks and presentation materials that articulate creative vision, strategy, and rationale.
* Represent VP‑level creative vision confidently and accurately in meetings and forums when senior leadership is unable to attend.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* 8+ years of progressive experience across graphic design and product‑adjacent design, with a portfolio of high‑visibility, multi‑channel work.
* Demonstrated excellence in hands‑on design craft, including visual systems, typography, composition, product aesthetics, and storytelling.
* Proven ability to originate concepts, work independently, and influence creative direction at a senior level.
* Deep cultural fluency and active engagement with trends, creative communities, and the broader marketplace.
* Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence pitching and representing creative vision to senior audiences.
* Comfort operating in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments with tight turnaround times.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in consumer products, entertainment, fashion/lifestyle, or retail ecosystems.
* Familiarity with partner and licensee workflows.
* Strong understanding of commercial models and business constraints within creative development.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $139,200.00-$186,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
