What You Get To Do:
- Assist with all aspects of Polyschool training events.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of a Dedicated Final Mile Fleet Manager is to utilize coaching and leadership skills to manage dedicated drivers and achieve specific goals. These goals include meeting pick-up and delivery requirements, maximizing revenue, driver productivity and other established company goals, retaining drivers, and achieving an excellent safety record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accept orders, optimize routes, and plan delivery schedules maximizing productivity and efficiency
- Dispatch loads to the drivers (issue load information, delivery requirements, and routing)
- Arrange for additional labor for any deliveries that require it.
- Track drivers through their daily delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery expectations are being met.
- Communicate with drivers and customers quickly and effectively to resolve any delivery issues that may arise throughout the night.
- Communicate to next shift manager(s) the status of all routes to ensure for a seamless transition to the the next team.
- Notify Customer of issues/changes that might impact customer expectations or affect load assignments
- Promote safety throughout all areas of operations, including the dispatching of loads in accordance with the drivers hours of availability
- Focus on driver retention by understanding driver requirements/preferences, by monitoring driver performance to ensure driver requirements are being met, and by keeping drivers informed and motivated
- Identify, track, and resolve performance issues by conducting driver evaluations and driver route and hold meetings
- Resolve driver conflicts, problems, and requests with respect to matters such as, home time, pay, equipment, and load assignments
- Responsible for maintaining and submitting driver payroll records weekly.
- Ensure the awareness of and enforce company policies
- Maintain records pertaining to driver performance and productivity
- Track equipment maintenance requirements and schedule equipment to have work done accordingly

Position Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant helps keep the Executive Director’s (ED) work running smoothly by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, handling communications, and making sure they are prepared for daily tasks. This role involves organizing travel for the ED, preparing materials for meetings, and keeping records up to date. The Senior Executive Assistant also supports the wider team by helping with meetings, keeping systems organized, and assisting with team events and staff development. They assist with planning and running Board meetings and support other special projects and events. This is a key role that works closely with many people and helps the organization stay organized and on track. The successful candidate brings experience supporting senior leaders, is confident managing complex calendars and communications, exercises discretion, and works well in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
Executive Support (60%)
- Manage the Executive Director’s (ED’s) calendar, scheduling, prioritization, and daily and periodic logistics.
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for the ED; screen and route communications, requests, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and discretion with sensitive matters.
- Track tasks, correspondence, and follow-up action items to support executive priorities; provide prompts for the ED to follow-up, as needed.
- Prepare the ED for meetings, engagements, and presentations by coordinating materials, talking points, background information, draft slide decks, and briefings.
- Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence and communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain organized filing systems for the ED’s projects and records.
- Maintain key calendars related to governance, stewardship, partner organizations and member Tribes events, and grants to ensure that the ED has timely access to critical dates and deadlines.
Internal Operations and Organizational Coordination (15%)
- Manage meeting logistics for the office, as directed, including scheduling, calendar invites, attendance tracking, meeting packets, communications, venue reservation and set-up, meals, audio-visual set-up, and follow-up.
- Maintain internal systems, including contact lists, shared calendars, dashboards, and directories.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and documentation to enhance organizational efficiency.
- As directed by the ED, support internal team culture by coordinating onboarding and internal communications.
Board and Governance Support (10%)
- Coordinate logistics, and scheduling for Executive Board and committee meetings, retreats, and orientations.
- Prepare meeting materials that include draft agendas, talking points, presentation slides, and collating background information.
- Prepare, archive, and track Board documentation such as agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative support to Board members, including travel arrangements, reimbursements, and other requests.
- As directed, assist the ED with coordination of special projects in collaboration with Tribal leaders of ATNI member Tribes, ATNI Committee Co-Chairs, and other high-priority partners.
- Take notes and develop draft meeting minutes.
Event and Project Support (10%)
- Support the ED by facilitating communications with Member Tribes and dignitaries to ensure timely distribution of event announcements, updates, and related communications.
- Assist with strategic projects by conducting background research and preparing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, support, and document project activities and deliverables.
- Provide operational assistance to ATNI staff as directed by the ED.
Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
- ATNI is a growing organization. You may occasionally be asked to support ATNI activities that are outside of this position description.

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join an elite investment management firm in Boston, MA. This role will provide high-level administrative support to multiple individuals across various departments, with responsibilities including complex calendar management, coordination of domestic and international travel, and preparation of meeting materials. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the investment management or financial services industry, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This is a 6+month contract-to-hire position that will pay $27-33/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 4 days per week in their Boston office.
Responsibilities:
Provide proactive and efficient calendar management, ensuring optimal scheduling and time allocation via MS Outlook.
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
Manage end-to-end logistics for internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders.
Prepare and produce high-quality, detail-oriented materials, including client reports, presentation decks, and meeting preparation packets.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing incoming mail, maintaining filing systems, and preparing expense reports.
Support various projects, including coordination of special events and hosting external visitors.
Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Perform additional administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field required.
1-2 years of administrative experience within a professional services environment.
Prior experience in the investment management industry is strongly preferred.
Exposure to global business contexts, whether through professional or personal experience, is highly valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional attention to detail, a high standard of work quality, and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address challenges independently.

TMC Transportation has an immediate full-time opening for a Fleet Manager working out of our office in Columbia, South Carolina.
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function for a Fleet Manager is to utilize coaching and leadership skills to manage approximately 35-40 drivers and achieve specific goals. These goals include meeting pick-up and delivery requirements, maximizing revenue, driver productivity, and other established company goals for retaining drivers and achieving an excellent safety record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review driver check calls to determine driver location and estimated delivery times.
- Receive load assignments from Customer Service and review to ensure the appropriateness of such driver work assignments.
- Dispatch loads to the drivers (issue load information, loading instructions, directions, routing, and fuel information).
- Call customers to obtain directions information and schedule loading/delivery appointments, as necessary.
- Notify Customer Service Department of issues/changes that might impact customer expectations or affect load assignments.
- Promote safety throughout all areas of operations, including the dispatching of loads in accordance with the drivers hours of availability.
- Focus on driver retention by understanding driver requirements/preferences, by monitoring driver performance to ensure driver requirements are being met, and by keeping drivers informed and motivated.
- Identify, track, and resolve performance issues by conducting driver evaluations and driver route and hold meetings.
- Resolve driver conflicts, problems, and requests with respect to matters such as, hometime, pay, equipment, and load assignments.
- Ensure the awareness of and enforce company policies.
- Maintain records pertaining to driver performance and productivity.
- Participate as an active member in Quality/Kaizen teams and attend company meetings, as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Four-year degree, preferably in Transportation and Logistics, and/or relevant experience in transportation or related field.
- Fluent in computer applications and keyboard proficiency.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and tolerate stress.
- Ability to plan and organize, attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including good listening skills.
- Possess courteous, yet assertive telephone personality.
