This role will own post-sale execution across a diverse slate of programs, including original series integrations, custom content, creator-led initiatives, vodcasts, sponsorships, and event-based content. You will step into an active book of business and ensure consistent, high-quality client service and campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Own all post-sale campaign execution, including strategy refinement, content production oversight, launch planning, delivery, optimization, and final recap.
- Develop client-ready materials such as kickoff decks, talent recommendation and casting decks, creative treatments, media and rollout plans, and campaign wrap reports.
- Serve as project lead across multiple content formats and campaign types, including:
- Create, manage, and maintain detailed campaign timelines, milestones, budgets, and status trackers using internal and client-facing project management tools.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, agencies, internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, production, programming, design, media), and external vendors/freelancers.
- Lead on-set and remote production execution for branded content shoots, ensuring brand objectives are met and client experience is positive and professional.
- Oversee creative quality control, including QA of social copy, talent deliverables, visuals, and edits against client-approved concepts and brand guidelines.
- Monitor live campaigns, interpret performance data, and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes across social and digital platforms.
- Ensure all deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with both client KPIs and internal standards.
- Model a solutions-oriented, collaborative approach, proactively identifying risks or blockers and driving them to resolution.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a publisher, media company, agency, or brand-side role focused on account management, content production, integrated marketing, or media planning/buying.
- Proven track record activating and managing branded content campaigns from kick-off through wrap, ideally in social-first or digital video environments.
- Demonstrated experience providing on-set or remote production oversight for branded video content in partnership with agencies, brands, and production teams.
- Comfort working directly with senior client stakeholders; able to respond quickly, think strategically, and communicate clearly in real time.
- Highly organized self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple complex programs under tight deadlines.
- Process-driven mindset, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Airtable, or similar) and shared trackers.

A Brief Overview
The CDL Driver I delivers materials to job site, inspects and maintains truck, reports shortages and claims to supervisor and assists in loading and storing of materials. Typically, driving a truck with a capacity of more than three tons, but may be a less experienced CDL or tractor trailer driver.

DESCRIPTION The Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) is seeking an Associate Project Manager (APM) to support major, multi-stakeholder research partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including biopharmaceutical companies, nonprofit healthcare organizations, government agencies, and academic scientists.
The APM will work closely with scientific and technical leads to support the day-to-day management and coordination of high-impact translational science research initiatives.
This is an early-career role for individuals with a strong scientific or research background who are interested in building a career in project and program management within public-private partnerships.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the APM will work under the supervision of senior Project Managers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support large-scale, multi-stakeholder neuroscience research initiatives, including Accelerating Medicines Partnership (AMP) programs (e.g., Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and Schizophrenia).
Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support day-to-day project coordination, governance activities, and operational execution.
Prepare, format, and quality-check meeting materials, including agendas, slide decks, meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-up documentation.
Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics using Microsoft Teams and Outlook calendars; track action items, decisions, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Maintain a well-organized project documentation, trackers, and centralized repositories to support governance, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Assist with scientific and operational project activities, including tracking research milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Support coordination among industry, academic, nonprofit, and government partners in a matrixed environment without direct reporting authority.
Assist with vendor coordination, budget tracking, invoicing, and contract-related documentation.
Draft and edit high-quality written materials, including meeting notes, scientific progress reports, manuscripts, presentations, newsletters, website updates, and external communications.
Develop clear, professional PowerPoint presentations that synthesize complex scientific and operational information for leadership and external stakeholders.
Gradually assume increased ownership of defined workstreams, with the expectation of independently leading small meetings within approximately one year.

Early-career MS candidates (1-3 years of experience): Demonstrated organizational, coordination, or project support experience within research, clinical, or scientific program environments.
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience, ideally within healthcare, government, scientific research, biotechnology/pharmaceutical, or nonprofit sectors is required.
1 year of experience working with scientific stakeholders, collaborators, or clients (preferred).
Exposure to the culture, systems, and organizational structures of NIH, FDA and/or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

What will you do?
- Create weekly dining room menus from personal or established recipes.
- Supervise food prep maintaining quality, presentation, and sanitation standards, while verifying portion sizes, department rules and ensuring policies and procedures are maintained.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is working efficiently, supervising team members with cleaning and food production in their areas, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers, as well as supervising proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
- Actively maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership and assist in ordering and stocking supplies.
- Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed according to proper guidelines and all other duties assigned.
- Maintain professional communication with management and supervise, train, direct/lead all hourly and kitchen staff.

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years' experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
