Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role based in Irvine, CA. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing and deck waterproofing projects, reviewing project requirements, and conducting site visits. Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and supplier management of aluminum extrusions, powder coating, castings, fabricated metals, and other products. This role is critical to developing a resilient, cost-effective, and globally competitive supply base. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize cost, ensure continuity, and improve supplier performance across multiple commodities. Essential Functions
- Develop and lead sourcing strategies for aluminum extrusions and other assigned commodities in alignment with business goals and global market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate current and potential domestic and international suppliers based on total cost, quality, capability, and capacity.
- Generate and maintain various top management flash reports and monthly market overview reports on key commodities.
- Manage supplier negotiations focused on long-term value: pricing, terms, payment schedules, rebates, lead times, and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers; drive continuous improvement via performance reviews, scorecards, and structured feedback.
- Analyze cost structures, supply chain risks, and industry dynamics to drive sourcing decisions and strategic initiatives.

The Senior Graphic Designer - Graphic Tees is responsible for creating apparel graphics for FOCO’s licensed sports business. Creative, passionate, and driven Graphic Designer who utilizes a strong sense of brand identity, color, graphic design, and basic production art techniques to create professional designs and develop seasonal sports apparel assortments. The Designer will partner with other in-house design teams to maintain Corporate Branding and season creative direction that enhances individual Leagues through visual storytelling. This includes creating master art files, developing non-calendared special art request graphic concepts, and researching and developing multiple apparel embellishment techniques. This person needs to be a results-oriented, team player with a passion for sports.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Responsible for creating apparel graphics for our licensed sports business and for the build-out of master art files, inclusive of licensing sheet which includes size based on specs, decoration for building of materials (BOM), call-outs on full-size art, appropriate branding, and the addition of copyrights (& rules) as needed.
- Creation of non-calendared special art request graphic concepts
- Local trend shopping, reference, and research and development for multiple apparel embellishment techniques, including screen print, heat transfers, and appliques, embroidery, etc.
- Application of Intermediate-level typography skills for font research, development, and implementation in apparel graphics
- Maintain an active understanding of trends in sports apparel and sports/pop culture, consumer insights, new business opportunities, and competitors in the market to influence design aesthetics and strategy through the development of mood, trend, and ideation boards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of presentation decks, and collection boards, supporting brand and league systems administration.
- Confidently share fresh perspectives that will enhance creativity and promote new ideas through written and verbal communications with internal partners.
Required Skills:

- Intermediate-level knowledge using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

- Familiarity with working within project management systems.
- Intermediate-level use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; should be able to deliver ideas and decisions in a professional manner.

Typical Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in arts or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- 4+ years of experience in retail, Licensing, or Sports related experience is a plus

We’re seeking a Freelance Print Stylist to support the development of seasonal and brand-right print artwork from concept through production. This role will collaborate closely with the internal design team to deliver compelling, commercially relevant prints that align with overall brand direction and product strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and style brand-right print stories that support seasonal concepts and product categories from initial concept through final production handoff.
Partner with the design team to create and adapt original print artwork and novelty raw materials that complement the total assortment.
Collaborate with CAD and print technologists to build and refine print layouts, ensuring proper scale, repeat, and technical feasibility per fabric or product type.
Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to execute layouts, repeats, and presentation boards for internal reviews and milestone meetings.
Review and provide feedback on print strike-offs with design and production teams to ensure creative intent and quality standards are met.
Maintain organized print files, charts, and decks throughout the development process, ensuring timely communication of updates and revisions to cross-functional partners.
Track progress against key deliverables and seasonal deadlines, ensuring print assets are delivered accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of print design or textile design experience, ideally within a retail or consumer brand environment.
Strong understanding of print construction, repeats, and layout composition.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with NedGraphics a plus.
Demonstrated ability to create commercially relevant, brand-appropriate prints.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
