We are seeking an experienced Cable & Harness Technician II and III to support aerospace manufacturing in Gilbert, AZ. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role focused on building complex space‑flight cable and wire harness assemblies in a high‑reliability environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and assemble complex cable and wire harnesses from schematics, wiring diagrams, and wire lists
• Perform connectorization, point‑to‑point wiring, and heavy soldering of large wire bundles
• Work in an ESD/FOD‑controlled manufacturing environment
• Lay out and build harnesses using harness boards
• Mix and apply bonding, potting, and encapsulation materials
• Use soldering irons, heat guns, tweezers, and hand tools
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow aerospace workmanship standards

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-6 years electrical assembly and wiring experience
• Experience with the following: (will help them get cert but must have knowledge)
• IPC 620 or IPC WHMA‑A‑620
• J‑STD

• Conduct railcar and train movements; signal crew members for movement of the engine or train using lantern, hand, and/or flag signals or radio to indicate when to start, stop, back up, or set or release air brakes

• Operate track switches (visually check switch condition and direction) to change the direction of the engine or cars within yard limits or on the main railroad; apply or release hand brakes to switch or perform other duties

POSITION OVERVIEW: Develops, manages, and/or executes all phases of the project controls effort (mainly cost management and reporting). Typically manages large-sized projects. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the cost management and reporting functions on a large construction development program.

Scope of Position:

The Lead Equipment Installation Mechanical Technician is a senior-level technical role responsible for leading and executing complex mechanical equipment installations. This position provides on-site leadership, technical expertise, and coordination for installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. The Lead Technician serves as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior technicians.

• This position is in the Engineering Project and is focused on capacity additions and the associated line installations & debug from a mechanical perspective.

• Lead and/or participate on manufacturing engineering projects and lead/support teams for the purposes of capacity installations, equipment debug, and preparing line/associated parts for Operations Receivership.

Qualifications

Required Education:

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer/Video Editor to join our team in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on producing high-quality video content for corporate 1031 Crowdfunding business accounts, The Ed Fernandez Show podcast, and other brands within our umbrella of companies. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with technical proficiency, capable of working in a fast-paced environment to produce engaging content optimized for performance across various platforms.

Video Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance video clips for various social media platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and overall production value.
• Create and integrate animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to elevate video content and storytelling.
• Create and curate social media content (including graphics and videos) across multiple platforms
• Create engaging and compelling short-form video content from longer videos, interviews, events, or other sources, tailored to each social media platform's best practices.
• Work with the Director of Marketing to create social advertisements.



Graphic Design

• Develop and design creative visual materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, infographics, banner ads, email marketing graphics and other marketing collateral
• Web and App UX/UI design
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve experience preferred (or comparable software)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Scale and Compensation Benefits:

The Motion Graphics Designer position will be full-time, with a competitive salary range of $70k - $75k annually based on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
