* Client is recruiting a Board-certified or Board-eligible, fellowship-trained non-interventional cardiologist to join its established Cardiology Division, seeing both outpatients and inpatient consults.
* The busy outpatient practice serves a large patient base and offers extensive testing, including 3-D echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, cardiac CT, and Holter monitoring.
* The successful candidate would also see hospital consults in the CCU, on the floors, and in the Emergency Department and should be qualified to interpret EKG, Holter, echocardiograms, and cardiac stress tests.
* Both Hospitals offer EKG, echocardiography, Holter monitoring, nuclear stress testing, ICUs, and cardiac telemetry. Both hospitals offer cardiac catheterization and coronary interventions, and one offers electrophysiology, open heart surgery, and structural interventions. Each hospital team includes a cardiac nurse practitioner.
* Inpatient duties may require placement of temporary pacing wires, management of CHF, dysrhythmias, acute myocardial infarctions, and acutely-ill cardiac patients.
