Overview

This opportunity is with a fast-moving organization in the renewable energy / electromechanical manufacturing space that is expanding its production capabilities. Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Controls to help scale manufacturing, improve quality and reliability, and ensure new products move smoothly from development into full production. The role works closely with both Operations and Product Development and includes a blend of factory-based engineering and field support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and accelerate the transition from pilot builds to consistent production.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Product Development to strengthen manufacturability and throughput.
  • Create, refine, and maintain work instructions, build guides, and other manufacturing documentation.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities in materials and labor, and lead implementation efforts.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across production and deployed systems.
  • Test electrical equipment performance using system diagrams and test parameters supplied by engineers.
  • Design and prototype internal test equipment using block diagrams, circuit schematics, and test boards (e.g., breadboards).
  • Conduct firmware and electrical validation based on requirements from electrical and software engineering teams.
  • Travel to solar tracker sites to troubleshoot, commission, retrofit, and provide technical support.
  • Review electrical schematics, generate Bills of Material, source components from vendors, and assemble final designs.

Primary Purpose of Position

Manage and monitor the work activities of the assigned Maintenance division to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC) and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state and federal regulations.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Effectively manage assigned staff (e.g. Hiring, Development, Compensation, Performance Evaluation, assist in ensuring Training Certification compliance, etc.) to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by trained workers in accordance with CEC procedures, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations, and the CEC schedule.

  • Effectively communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to Maintenance Director and all applicable levels of CEC management. Housing and Residence Life is passionate about the Georgia Tech residential student experience. Job Summary

Inspect, repair, install, modify and maintain plumbing and piping systems and support equipment. Systems include sewer and domestic water, natural gas and hot water reheat or chilled water. Operate, clean, repair, replace, test, and troubleshoot natural gas and propane burner and supply system components, including piping, pumps, valves, and controls.

Come join our team as a Sr. Credit Analyst to support our Credit Operations team. This remote position will be responsible for supporting lending efforts by underwriting new and renewed loans in accordance with company credit policy and sound credit practices. Works with various loan types to include corporate, commercial, industrial, and commercial real estate transactions. Participates in the underwriting of small business banking transactions with a varying level of complexity. Completes annual reviews, performs financial statement analysis, and completes debt service calculations as directed.

Primary Functions:

  • Spread financials for potential and existing loans.
  • Analyze existing and potential loans.
  • Create comprehensive loan approval packages and identify any policy exceptions.
  • Present recommendations to senior management and credit committees.
  • Perform required monitoring of existing loan portfolio performance.

  • Utilize Power BI to create loan reports.

Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance.
  • Spreading software experience preferred.
  • Prior banking experience preferred.
  • Ability to complete assignments with little oversight and supervision.
  • Strong accounting and math skills.
  • Ability to deal with routine changes often.
  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers, employees, and Bank management.
  • Good organizational and communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent computer skills including extensive use of Windows and Microsoft Office Programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Policies and Procedures - Develop and maintain all department policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with department procedures and control standards, adjusting existing and/or implementing additional controls as needed.
  • Audit Management - Coordinate department preparation and short/long-term responses to internal and external audits and exams.
  • Department Operations - Plan operational improvements, resolve operational problems, and take corrective action to ensure effective operations.   • Products and Services - Coordinate with other departments on the implementation of new products and services. Remain knowledgeable of banking industry trends or issues in order to assist in the assessment of needs and opportunities for service enhancements or new products.
  • Customer Service - Assist other department employees with activities related to deposit and treasury management services and related products. Provide assistance to other employees by liaising with them through healthy and positive interactions. Develop and recommend unit quality, productivity, and service level goals as well as provide input for other areas of the Bank.
  • Core Conversion & Maintenance - Collaborate with the Core Banking Systems Administrator to update and maintain core banking and ancillary systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of Core System experience required.
  • 10+ Prior banking experience required.
  • Experience leading diverse teams from entry level to middle manager.
  • Sound education in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws.
  • Strong accounting and math skills.
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with frequent routine changes. Ability to multi-task and prioritize with ease.
  • Highly organized self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to complete assignments with little oversight and supervision.
