As a Senior Project Engineer at Doka USA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of formwork projects from conception to completion. Leveraging your expertise in structural engineering, project management, and leadership, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality formwork solutions that meet project objectives, adhere to safety standards, and exceed client expectations. This will be an in-person role based out of our Davie, FL branch and will report into our Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of formwork projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements, constraints, and risks.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving complex engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to assess workmanship, safety practices, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and change requests in a proactive and professional manner.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required with the ability to stamp within the state of Texas.
• Proven experience in project engineering and management within the construction industry, with a focus on formwork-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software, CAD software, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Prior experience in formwork design, scaffolding, or related fields is preferred.

Davies Group is seeking an experienced Sr Workers’ Compensation Adjuster to support a Temp to Hire contract, for a large insurance client, that specializes in Georgia claims. You will investigate assigned claims, provide benefits, and initiate state filings timely while exercising discretion and independent judgment.

Role Details:

• Full-time (Mon-Fri)

About The Role:

• Investigate claims by completing 24-hour contact with employee, employer, physician(s), and witnesses
• Evaluate claim detail, Georgia Statute, and case law to determine compensability and total value of claim
• Display capability of setting and adjusting reserve amounts accordingly
• Initiate accurate indemnity payments in a timely manner and maintain diary for ongoing payments
• Ensure timely and proper completion of all required State filings
• Handle EDI filings and rejections in conjunction with EDI adjuster

About the Role

Davies is supporting a key partner in the recruitment of a skilled Bodily Injury/Property Damage Claims Adjuster. This position is ideal for a claims professional with hands-on experience handling auto property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims. You will play a critical role in managing, investigating, and resolving claims involving minor property damage as well as more complex bodily injury exposures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 150–175 active claims.
• Handle auto property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims from intake to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering statements, reviewing reports, and evaluating damages.
• Establish and maintain accurate reserves, with most claim files reserved at $25,000 or less.
• Analyze liability, determine coverage, and negotiate settlements where appropriate.
• Interact with claimants, attorneys, internal departments, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare clear, timely documentation and maintain organized claim files in accordance with business standards.
• Support the continuous improvement of claims processes and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling auto property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims.
• Strong understanding of claims investigation, evaluation, and settlement best practices.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with public entities or transit-related risks is a plus (not required).

Paul Davis Restoration is a leading restoration franchise specializing in the cleanup and repair of residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, storms, and other disasters. With three growing locations, we are rapidly becoming one of the largest restoration providers in the Northeast.

Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, optional overtime included. Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.

• Water and/or Mold Certification

• Lead and manage a crew of technicians on mitigation and disaster response jobs
• Perform initial loss inspections, moisture mapping, scoping, and structural assessments

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processing while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Strong experience with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle weekly and/or biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Ensure accuracy of timesheets, earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Reconcile payroll reports and general ledger entries
• Coordinate payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management and audits
• Support year-end processing including W-2s and 1099s
• Serve as point of contact for payroll-related employee inquiries
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information

Davis-Bacon / Prevailing Wage Responsibilities

• Process and submit certified payroll reports (WH-347) in compliance with Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA)
• Review wage determinations and ensure proper labor classifications
• Calculate and verify fringe benefits in accordance with prevailing wage requirements
• Maintain supporting documentation for labor compliance audits
• Coordinate with project managers and HR to ensure accurate job cost coding and wage compliance
• Monitor updates to wage determinations and regulatory changes

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of payroll processing experience
• Proven experience with Davis-Bacon certified payroll (required)
• Experience in construction preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance
