The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of law firm or in-house experience, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition, land use, entitlement, zoning, and development. The attorney will review and draft contracts, title and land development documents, and other related documents. They will also dispense legal guidance to divisions and corporate departments and assist the GC in compliance.
