Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Commercial Analytics portfolio. You will be the bridge between our Sales/Marketing business units and the Data Science/Engineering teams. Your goal is to transform raw commercial data into actionable insights that drive sales force effectiveness, optimize marketing spend, and improve Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision & Backlog Management
- Define the roadmap for commercial data products, sales dashboards, and predictive analytics models.
- Translate complex business requirements from Marketing and Sales leaders into technical user stories for the engineering team.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ROI, and commercial impact.
2. Pharma Commercial Domain Leadership
- Oversee the integration of industry-standard data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva CRM, Specialty Pharmacy feeds).
- Optimize analytics for Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), including territory alignment, incentive compensation, and call planning.
- Drive the data strategy for Omnichannel Marketing, ensuring seamless tracking of HCP touchpoints across digital, email, and face-to-face channels.
3. Data & Analytics Program Oversight
- Lead the delivery of advanced analytics programs, such as Next Best Action (NBA) engines, patient journey mapping, and marketing mix modeling (MMM).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act).
- Collaborate with Data Architects to ensure the commercial data lake/warehouse is scalable and supports real-time reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience, specifically within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Pharma Commercial lifecycle (Market Access, Brand Management, Field Sales, and Patient Services).
- Technical Literacy: Proven experience running data-heavy programs. Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake/AWS data environments, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- CRM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or MS in Analytics preferred).

This role will be responsible for developing tools, spreadsheets, and systems to track progress, as well as producing reports, presentations, and insights that drive decision-making and strengthen community impact. Some specific duties of the Director for Data Operations and Program Analytics will include:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize spreadsheets, databases, and tracking tools to support program management and performance monitoring.
- Analyze program and provider data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations, data visualizations, and other materials to communicate findings effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to collect, verify, and analyze data.
- Support divisional initiatives, events, and neighborhood-based strategies with operational and data-related expertise.

- Remain current on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and community program evaluation.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and project support as needed, leveraging Excel and other data tools.
Minimum Quality Requirements:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, accredited by regional, national, professional, or specialized agencies recognized as accrediting bodies by the U. S. Secretary of Education and by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and four years of satisfactory, full-time community liaison, community organization or community relations experience, at least two years of which must have been in a broad administrative or policy-making capacity with responsibility for planning, organizing, coordinating, developing, evaluating, and/or administering a large community service program or activity; or
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's Department of Education, or a recognized accrediting organization and eight years of satisfactory, full-time experience as described in \"1\" above, at least two years of which must have been in a broad administrative or policy-making capacity with responsibilities as described in \"1\" above; or
- Education and/or experience equivalent to \"1\" or \"2\" above. Job Summary:
The Sr Analyst - Data & Analytics owns the integrity, analysis, and interpretation of payer claims data to support performance measurement, utilization management, and value-based care initiatives. This role is hands-on and accountable for claims QA, utilization metrics, and analytics outputs used by clinical, operations, and executive stakeholders.
This is an individual contributor role with strong technical depth in payer claims data and healthcare analytics platforms, including MedeAnalytics.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Data Quality & Governance
- Own QA processes for medical and pharmacy claims data, including eligibility, provider, diagnosis, procedure, and financial fields
- Identify, quantify, and resolve data anomalies (e.g., lag, duplication, missing claims, inconsistent coding)
- Partner with data engineering, vendors, and payers to remediate data quality issues
- Define and maintain claims data validation rules and documentation
Analytics & Utilization Management
- Analyze and report on core utilization metrics, including:
- Inpatient admits / 1,000
- ED visits / 1,000
- Readmissions
- PMPM cost trends
- Length of stay
- Avoidable admissions
- Apply payer benchmarks (national, regional, risk-adjusted where applicable) to contextualize performance
- Support matched cohort, pre/post, and trend analyses
- Translate claims data into actionable insights for clinical and operations teams
Platform Ownership (MedeAnalytics)
- Serve as a power user and analytics owner of the MedeAnalytics platform
- Build, validate, and QA dashboards, reports, and analytic views
- Ensure alignment between platform outputs and internal data models
- Act as internal SME for MedeAnalytics capabilities and limitations

Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of healthcare analytics experience
- Deep experience working with payer medical and pharmacy claims data
- Strong understanding of utilization metrics and healthcare cost drivers
- Hands-on experience with MedeAnalytics (required)
- Advanced SQL/SAS skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to QA complex healthcare datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting value-based care, MA, D-SNP, or ACO programs
- Familiarity with HEDIS, Stars, or CMS reporting concepts
- Experience with risk adjustment (HCCs)

GA4 Implementation & Integration
Lead end-to-end GA4 implementations, including event architecture, tagging strategy, and integrations via Google Tag Manager or server-side tagging. Ensure accurate data collection across web and mobile platforms, including cross-domain and cross-platform tracking setups.
Universal Analytics (UA) Knowledge & Migration Support
Apply strong knowledge of Universal Analytics to support historical data interpretation, migration planning, and validation of GA4 tracking against legacy UA benchmarks.
Data Validation, Testing & Consent Management
